My fall style is COMPLETELY different from my spring/summer style. When it's warmer I live in sundresses, wedges, and would definitely describe my style as super feminine. Come fall and it's a total 180. Lots of leather, structured blazers and vests, boots, buffalo plaid, slouchy knits, hats, etc.
I'm working with half a wardrobe right now, since I don't want to invest too much in new (or even used) clothes that I'll just have to give to goodwill in a month or two. But I do wear a lot of scarves and cardigans in the colder weather- I love scarves! I also have a cute pair of ankle boots, the only heels I own, which I love.
Fall is my favorite time of the year for fashion which I love! I wear tights with clunky heels or platform shoes and pencil skirts, sweater dresses, cropped jackets and highwaisted wide cuff pants, scarves, and all types of boots. My arms still need some work so I like being able to wear longer sleeves.
I have the same style all year around - jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, hoodies, leggings, tights, skirts, blazers, cardigans. During the summer months, I'll stick to lighter clothes but since we never get super warm weather here going around in jeans is normal. Then during winter I'd warm jeans and hoodies and anything else to keep me warm.
I am a total goth at heart and fall lets me rock goth-lite without having to hide under big winter coats - I love it! Leather jackets, black on black on black on top of black with some burgundy or grey thrown in for good measure, big boots, tights, basically "dark and sleek" is what I look best and feel most comfortable in.
For me I'm loving my jeggings/skinny jeans/disco pants/leggings and knitted jumpers or sweaters. I want to get a pair of nice ankle boots. I'll take pics soon
BOOTS AND BLAZERS! I'm also digging the goth style krampus pulled out. I'm really excited for fall/winter this year since I'll be floating around goal by then.
My pleather jacket is my FAVORITE fall piece of clothing I own. Plus scarves and boots. Oh man, I love it. BUt I'm the same way - summer and spring, I'm more feminine than fall - definitely.
I live in dresses and skirts all spring and summer so I'm always sad when it's time to put them away. I could invest in a pair of stockings for my dresses that are fall/winter styles but usually I just switch into a few pairs of comfortable jeans, flare and skinny, add some hoodies or cute jackets and I still wear my heels, need to get some new boots though.
Best thing about fall styles, are definitely hoodies
