SATURDAY MENU
BREAKFAST: Chicken
LUNCH: Hamburger patty
DINNER: Chicken, cottage cheese
SNACKS: None
Sherry: Yes, with Atkins I could have the BB ice cream, not with the Stillman plan though I have not had any ice cream in about 2 months. BB makes a new round sandwich cookie, you should give it a try. It is no sugar free * no sugar added/fat free, really yummy!!! Your Walmart super store should probably carry it. In fact I believe I have a sleeve or two of those things hanging out in my freezer now.

Most of the BB novelties will be marked as sweet freedom or health smart. Deb, you will just need to look on the back at the carb count. I am not that familiar with the carbs for BB, I try to avoid it like the plague.... it's a trigger food. Lucky me, our busy season is about ready to hit!
