Anyone else doing Stillman? I started it the first of August at around 230 and today I'm 211 - and that's after two years of maintaining/stalling (and brief yo-yoing). It's pretty limited but it's working.

I'd love to have some Stillman buddies on 3FC!

Stillman Diet was very popular at one time, I think that is one of the few I haven't tried. I do know that we sometimes have to vary our diet plans a bit to keep the losing streak going. Congratulations on the recent 19 pound loss.

My mom and I used to do Stillman when I was a kid.....I can't remember the list of foods though, and I think his book is out of print?

Resurrecting an old thread in search of Stillman followers!

The QWL book does seem to be out of print, but can be read online for free at openlibrary.org (I hope this link is ok - they are a non profit organization devoted to saving out of print material). Search for Irwin Stillman to see his books.
