I know that everyone gets different advice from their coaches but (off the record) my coach said that I could replace the IP shakes with the Atkins. Has anyone ever done this before? What have you heard or what were your results, thoughts, etc .........? Trying so hard and don't want to be tripping myself up.

I did use them occasionally when I was on the diet and it did not affect my loss....they are more calories, but the same carb and protein.

A better alternative is muscle milk (LIGHT)...it is only 100 calories and 3-5 carbs. They taste fine too.

While I like the Atkins products, they aren't a good match for IP because they are much higher in fat. Unfortunately IP is a low fat diet, so a much better match is the EAS Low Carb Advantage drinks, and you can buy them most anywhere. Costco also sells their own brand which is also a good match. Both of these brands are really close in all ways to the IP RTD.
