Default 1st 10ibs gone!

I lost my first 10ibs! YOOHOO! Sad as it may sound this is the first time I lost that much since I was a teen. Before I would make it to 5ibs, slip up one day, and than give up. But this time I accepted the fact that I'm not perfect and I will mess up and eat something I shouldn't, skip a day of working out, etc. and instead of claiming defeat and not trying, I just start over right than and there.

Congrats!!! Thats great! I used to do that too. I would do something wrong and give up. I think I'm going to make a mini goal for myself to help me. Its great that you got passed that and lost those 10lbs!! Keep it up!

I found mini goals is what seems to help me a lot. It gives me something to focus on that's easy to reach and to be happy about to keep going to the big goal.

Thank you for the congrats. Sorry took few days to reply back. Work as been crazy!

You, are truly a role model. If you can lose 10, it's definitely possible to lose 20, and then even more and more until you're at your goal!
