i don't know all the foods you can have on phase 4...(i'm still on phase 1) but when i get "bored" with salads or the same ole same ole.......i make tiny finger foods...my nibbles lunch...
cut up all the foods you can have into small bite size pieces and enjoy all the textures and colors...

or sometimes i put them on a skewer..
food always seems better on a skewer!!
sometimes just changing up the WAY you eat a certain food helps!!
