Default August Goal; Goodbye Obesity

So last month I really wanted to break the 200 barrier and I shocked myself more than anybody when I actually did it! So now that August is here, I think it's time to create a new goal -- and what I decided is that by the end of the month, I want to be out of the obesity category forever.

To get there I will need to weigh 184 lbs... (I'm at 199 now, so 15 lbs to go...) Now I know it's a lot but so far I have been successful without cutting anything out of my diet (choosing to portion control, and make healthier choices instead) and excercise (thank God for the 90 day excercise challenge!!!)

I think I'll be able to do this!

I'm so close now, I was quite emotional hitting 170s I hope I will be able to grasp what no longer being obese really means, its quite something.

I am really looking forward to getting into the 150s mentally, its a goal for October-November.

Hey 1yr2mkovr, Good for you. I know that you can make your goal!!!! Stay focused, committed to your health and always love yourself.

Here is a book I read about 3 months ago that helped me understand how food impacts your weight and health...It's called "The Paleo Solution".....give it a read...the information in this book will blow your mind and will help you reach your weight loss goals.
