Okay so maybe not everyone is going back to school in August but my youngest starts back on August 15th!!!!

Didn't see a thread started yet and I gotta have my exercise thread so here it goes!!

My goal for this month is 1300 minutes

Thanks for getting this started. I'm still having some trouble following through on prioritizing exercise. It's good for me to stick with posting updates here so I can get back on track, especially now that I'm getting busier again.

I'm in! But excercise is limited on my bad days so I do the best that I can do.

I do my exercise in 10 min increments. It doesn't do much for cardio but it does burn calories and it's the best I can do. My goal is 30 min a day=930 so lets push it to 1,000.

Count me in! I was extremely inconsistent last month. Hope to get back on track. Posting for all to see makes me accountable. I'll set my goal later in the week when I am settled.

So I am restarting my month today and will do my best. I was quite active this week, but not in a traditional exercise way. So here goes....

12 - 45 minutes spinning 20 minutes interval walking/running
13 - 20 minutes interval walking/ running 20 minutes walking

17 - 45 minutes endurance spinning DVD 35 min cardio spin

My goal for this month is 6 days a week, at least 30 minutes.

1-Day 3 of C25k (which I started on 7-29). (30 minutes)
2-Step/walk intervals (I use the C25K timer and alternate between walking in place and on/off an aerobics step) (30)
3-Week 2, Day 1 of C25K (30)
4-10 minutes standing abs, 20 minutes yoga (Xbox My Shape)
5-Week 2, Day 2 C25K (30)
6-Step/walk intervals (30)
7-Zumba (40)
8-20 minute walk
