Today went great! I actually didnt think the "omelet" was too bad! I had it alongside sauteed broccoli and onions with my sea salt and evoo! I guess my biggest accomplishment is getting down all the water. That is tough for me and I DID IT!!! Thanks for all of the support!

That's great! My tomato basil soup for lunch was a little rough (awful aftertaste), but I chugged it & it was fine I somehow ended up drinking 14 cups of water today. I like water, but I normally forget to drink it.

Glad to officially have one IP day under my belt!

I am definitely not a fan of the soups - but what many have suggested is to 1) not be afraid to use more water than the box suggests, and 2) don't hesitate to add some of your veggies to the soup to change it up. I'm giving the soups another chance and hoping that thinner and heartier may win me over

I had the omelet today as scrambled eggs with my favorite (no MSG) fajita spice - they can be quite good! Great job on the water!
