Hello guys,

We did a FABULOUS job last month!

With a total of 5539 minutes of exercise -- and that's not even counting all of you who didn't even post about your exercise here -- we kicked July's butt worth of exercising.

That was 92 hours worth of exercise for the month. That means in total we were exercising like 3 hours a day, every day, on average!

Woohoo!!!!!

I was going to jump in last month, but I do quite a bit of exercise (no car...I get to bike anywhere that I want to go) and figured if I clumped my minutes it would just look silly.

Awesome Hotaruchan! And yeah, just put in the whole group... I also use my bike a lot, but I just don't bother with those minutes... like you said, it would be silly. So, I'm just counting the exercise classes I do.

Woo! I rode my bike to the next town over to swim laps for 2 1/2 hours today! It was kinda depressing that I was lapping people doing my warm up, but swimming again was REALLY nice.

Wish I could help ya'll out. I am definitely exercising but with weight training I don't really keep track of minutes. I can tell you about how long I spent at the gym, but there's rest between sets and waiting for machines and all that.
