Default Meal Choice Check!

This should be pretty good, right? (FYI it is DELICIOUS) If you had to estimate a calorie count what would you say?

I would just ask for lemons instead of the lemon vinaigrette, because you never know with dressings... and I like lemon juice anyways.

Sautéed Seafood Salad
shrimp, scallops, calamari and mussels tossed with arugula, roasted
peppers, portobello, Pecorino Romano and lemon vinaigrette

How many scalops, calamari and mussels ,peppers, portabello, arugula, Pecarino , Romano and lemon iaigrette ?
You can't figure the amount of calories if you don't have the amount of each item. One cup, half a cup, 8 ounces, 12 ounces, what ?

all of those are very low cal - seafood is low cal/high protein.
if you're not even going for the lemon vinigrette i would ballpark (without knowing portion size) at 400 or under.

I can't really say, I just remember it didn't look like a CRAZY amount of seafood or anything. I'd guess no more than 8 oz.

I've always been told to be leery of the word "sautee" when ordering from a menu as it could be sauteed in lots of butter/oil before they even add the dressing to it. I'd ask what it's sauteed in...i.e. is sauteed in the vinagrette, wine, broth, oil, butter, etc.
