Beef Fajitas
Grilled Green Peppers, or maybe I can request Grilled Green Onions? The pepper/onion mix is always overrun by onions! ^^my folks are leaving tomorrow morning, our 'last supper' out before they go back to SA!

Breakfast 7:30am: Herb and Cheese Omelet with hot sauce Lunch 1pm: Peach & Mango Drink (never had it before..) and salad with WF dijon dressing Dinner 7:30pm:chicken stir fry with miracle noodles, bok choy, and red pepper Snack: Choc Rasp bar (which I ate at 9:30am...whoops)
I take some poblanos, red bell peppers, jalapeños, and garlic-cut them in half, lay them out skin side up on a cookie sheet, spray with evoo and broil on high until the skin blackens ~8-10 minutes. Peel off the skin, and throw in a blender with seasoning of choice, I add fajita seasoning, full bunch of cilantro, and lime juice, along with a few celery stalks for extra bulk and it adds good texture.
Breakfast: vanilla drink in blender with ice
Snack: lettuce and onions with oil/vinegar
Lunch: tomato basil soup with radishes, celery, cabbage, red peppers
Snack: cucumbers with WF ranch
Dinner: sauteed cabbage and red peppers with ground beef and WF BBQ, small lettuce salad
Snack: double chocolate bar
