There is a little bit of logic to timing your protein. For example, if you had it all during 1 meal in the morning, there is a probability that your body will notice the lack of food for another 23 hours and possibly put you in "starvation" mode, a fat storage mode. This is the opposite of ketosis, a fat burning mode.
When you eat protein, your metabolism spikes. That's good and protein fuels ketosis, a state we love. Spacing your proteins over the waking hours and being sure to have a protein before bedtime staves off the starvation mode.
So, if not hungry, try to just eat half your protein at the designated time, however, eating your 3 protein packs and your full dinner every day is non-negotiable and you need this protein to prevent your body from cannibalizing. Remember your heart is a muscle and needs protein to keep functioning. All your organs need protein to function well.
