I am on vacation on the Oregon coast. We have a little cottage on the beach, and I have been OP the entire time.
Last night, fresh salmon! OMG. You can't get salmon like that in Montana!

And that salmon sounds AMAZING - honestly, P1 sheet says wild salmon 2x/week - but I think you have an occasion to push that a little on your vacation. I admit to doing a Phase 2 day last week on mine when I had the opportunity to have fresh Gulf Shrimp at lunch and fresh Gulf Red Snapper at dinner when I was in Galveston. It was my first time there, and don't see myself back for at least another year - wasn't sure when my next opportunity to eat an hour old fresh fish would be! And it was worth it!

That is the nice thing about being on the coast! Fresh seafood! Amazing stuff!
I don't know what I would do without fresh fish. I am so thankful to be on the shoreline in CT and my husband spear fishes for fun...it really helps the grocery bills.
Anyways....here is my day in food:
Breakfast: Banana shake (from pudding)
Lunch: Chocolate pudding and salad with cucumber and cauliflower and WF dijon dressing
Dinner: grilled chicken and turnip fries
Snack: Southwest puffs
Breakfast--chocolate smoothie with spinach
Lunch--salad with colorful veggies (the more color, the better) crispy bar
Dinner--turkey burgers, rutabega fries
Snack--Chocolate pudding/ice cream
Breakfast: Herb and Cheese Omelet w/Spinach and hot sauce
Lunch: Zucchini and Pink Lemonade w/ Reg Iced Tea..Splash of Seltzer/Lemon
Dinner: Fish(TBD) Cucumbers w/oil and vinegar
Snack: Coolata
B #1: 2 hard boiled egg whites, coffee, skim milk
B #2: IP Cappucino
L: Spinach salad with cukes, bell peppers and olive oil; IP chicken a la king
S: IP peach and mango drink
D: taco salad w/ground turkey breast, butter lettuce, cukes, WF chipotle dressing
Breakfast: IP wildberry yogurt drink mix in blender, ice
Snack: lettuce with red peppers, radish, onion
Lunch: stir fry of miracle noodles, zucchini, cabbage, onions (raw), and WF Asian dressing, IP cappuccino in blender with ice and decaf coffee
Snack: IP pom-cran bar
Dinner: big mac salad! with pickles, lettuce, onion, hamburg, and WF thousand Island
