Default Simply bar

Anyone use simply bars? They seem the best as far as lowest carbs....i am wondering if they would be non restricted? Most have like 9 carbs an 4 fiber.

Probably too many calories though to be un restricted.

The Simply Bar is a good one. My favorite is Lemon Coconut - only 6 net carbs/bar. Rest of nutritional info is good as well, plus it's gluten free.
You do have to be careful and really read the labels - some of them are much higher in sugar than others.

I haven't seen anything on the IP unrestricted list that has more that 120 calories, 9 grams TOTAL carbs or less than 15 grams protein.

I'd say if it is higher in calories or carbs or lower in protein that those numbers then it has to be restricted. (For restricted the range seems to be under 170 cals, 17 carb, and over 14 protein. The "starred" items, the ones I call super ristricted seem to be <220 cal, <23 carb, >12 protein.)

the simply bar is AMAZINGLY good! too good, i am afraid to have them in my house.

I think I'm the only one that doesn't really like them. The stats are great and if you like them, that is absolutely wonderful. Wish I liked them a lot.
