Default Drinking softened water

I live in the country and we have a water softener. We have always had soft water. My question is, can it affect my MRC diet?
I've bought water, and trying to drink half bottled. I feel like my body is use to the salt from all these years of drinking it, but maybe not!
I've already spent a ton of money on the plan and all the HNS, so I hate to have to buy all my water. Anyone else have experience with this?
Thanks for any info anyone has. My center is not real helpful.

I live out in the country too and drink softened water. I don't think the salt used to soften the water affects the diet because I have lost 8lbs in two weeks. I might drink a bottled water every now and again, but thats when I'm in town because I do not like the chlorine taste of town water.
