Default drinking lots of water = great skin!

I use water as a "crutch" while dieting. I have been up to almost 2 gallons of water a day lately. I have a been practically living in the bathroom because of it......but my skin looks all glowy and healthy! Another great benefit to water and it is cheap!! haha

Same here--the gallons of water, constantly being in the bathroom, and the skin! Drinking water saves me, especially at night. I like to drink mine with a little bit of lemon or a twinning's tea packet. So clutch!

Last night was the first time the water started to "bore" me and I just had to force myself to drink it. Time to add some flavor....luckily I can just grab a lemon or lime off of a tree in the backyard. I LOVE free stuff...haha

I also have a crapload of crystal light packets. When I was on Jenny Craig years ago, these were a "free" food that I could use in unlimited quantities. Are there any reasons that adding the Crystal Light would hamper weight loss? I wouldn't think so, but I think I came across a forum post saying that it could slow weight loss??

Water helps to reduce headaches too.
