Phase 1: Week 21, Day 4
Bootcamping it today - feel bloaty after vacation

Breakfast@8am: Spinach & Lettuce Smoothie
IP Chocolate RTD
Spinach & Lettuce
2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
1 tbsp WF Caramel Sauce

Lunch@12pm: Spicy Soup
IP Chicken Soup
Roasted Pepper Puree

Snack@4pm: Zucchini Pancakes
IP Crispy Cereal
2 Egg Whites, beaten
Zucchini, shredded & squeezed
WF Pancake Syrup <--finally found some at the store!

Snack@8pm: Restricted & Noodles
IP Southwest Cheese Curls
Miracle Noodles Angel Hair
Cucumber, julienned into noodles
WF Sesame Ginger, WF Peanut Spread, ginger root, red curry paste, soy sauce

Breakfast @ 7:30 - Wildberry/Crispy Cereal pancakes

Lunch @ noon - Potato rolls made from IP Potato Puree, salad, & leftover asparagas

Snack @ 3:30 ish - IP Peanut Crunch Bar

Supper @ 7:30 ish - Fajitas with chicken, rolled in romaine lettuce leaves instead of tortillas. Also, found a recipe for salsa that does not use sugar. Going to try that tonight too. If it's good I'll pass it along. (I love making my own salsa & spaghetti sauce!)

I've been RUNNING this morning-WHEW!!! BUT I'm down 4.2lbs this week!!!!

Phase 2:

Breakfast, 7:30:
Protein Powder Muffins
WF Syrup

Lunch, 1:
Salad with radish, red onion, cucumber, and portabello mushrooms
Leftover meat: Turkey Taco Meat and Leftover Hake Fish from last night (over 8oz, but I need to clean it out!)

Dinner, 5:
Turkey Burgers with Fire Roasted Bell Peppers!

Snack, 8:
Smoothie

D: 8 ozs lean ground turkey, browned and served over romaine lettuce w/ olive oil

Breakfast - Caramel Nut Bar with LOTS of water

Snack - tea, because it helps my stomach to not growl at me!

Lunch - 3 Cups lettuce greens, 1 Cup Spinach, 1 Cup Jicama, 8 ounces rotissary chicken (buy it at the store and its fast and easy)

Snack - 2 egg whites (scrambled in the microwave) with a little bit of Jicama from lunch. (lunch and dinner are spread pretty far apart for me)

Dinner - 8 ounces chicken soup (fresh ginger, miracle noodles, broth, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper) 2 Cups stewed Rhubarb (WF pancake syrup, WF strawberry syrup, liquid stevia, 1/2 ounce milk)

Snack - Chocolate drink made into hot chocolate YUM!

Do you think the potato rolls would last? Like warming them up the next day maybe? I've got to find something else to do with that IP Potato mix.

IP Salt & Vinegar Ridges (I didnt feel like Pina Colada, LOL)

Lunch:
IP Chicken Soup ( I am about almost souped out)
Salad with 1 cup of raw broccoli and WF dressing

Snack:
IP Pina Colada Drink

Dinner: 8 oz grilled chicken breast w/ 1 cup of sauteed mushrooms, 1 cup of cooked cabbage and a cup of cucumbers with WF dressing. (this is what I get for not being more prepared for my veggies)
