I will be starting on Sugar Busters in a couple of days and had a question.
I've read that the limit is 3 grams of sugar. Is that per meal, per snack, per ingredient? For example, if I cook a meal with more than one ingredient and have more than one type of food in it, can the whole meal have up to 3 grams of sugar, or can each food item have up to 3 grams of sugar?
I hope my question makes sense.
Hi Ashley! Yes, your question makes sense. The three grams is per serving of food. So if you have two vegetables, you would keep each under three grams of sugar per serving.
