Default indigestion

Is anyone having a problem with burning in the throat and burping? I've been on the diet about 10 weeks now and it has become a problem all the time lately. Thanks for your input

You might have GERD, can't remember how to spell it. I have suffered with this for years and tums seems to help me the most but I have many other things I use including DGL which is a licorice derivative and some other acid reducers. I also have had to limit my milk intake and especially coffee and tea are a problem to me. So good luck

Make sure you've eaten before taking your supplements.
