Weekends (especially Friday nights) are tough when my husband is out of town. So I have to REALLY plan pleasurable activities and food or I will turn to comfort food. So... I am making one of my favorite dishes tonight. Cinnamon Beef Stew. It is from a great cookbook Well Fed by blogger at theclothesmakethegirl.com. She lives a Paleo lifestyle and has an awesome perspective on life. Anyway beef stew for dinner!

Snack - something restricted. Saved this so I have something to look forward to.

I saw you were having them last night and was wondering how it would go - those things definitely seem to be a hit or big miss with folks. Personally, I don't think they pair well with Italian style dishes - I tried them with the WF marinara (which I didn't like - had to use tomato sauce to change that up). But I LOVE them in Asian stir frys, I guess since they are so similar to rice noodles.

Day 3 for me, so every meal is different.
B Peach-Mango Drink (not a fan)
Snack 1 cup sliced cucumbers w/pinch of Sea Salt
L Mushroom Soup w/spinach
S Cookies and Cream bar
D ground turkey w/spinach and mushrooms put in a lettuce wrap.

I had a snack in between Breakfest and Lunch because I was feeling hungry, the drinks for breakfest are not doing it for me. But all I have is the samples of everything they gave me, so I will make due. Looking forward to weigh in day so I can get the things I know I already really like.

Try blending it with ice, it makes it go a lot further!

Also, hot beverages will help with the hungry. Day 3 is killer!
