You only get 1, so what is your favorite.

I am going to say (even though I have more than 1)
The crepe mix. I made a pancake with pumpkin pie spice with a lil bit of WF syrup and it was OMG good!!

Next???

I guess I would say the chocolate pancake/muffin mix. I like to sometimes make it as muffins and sometimes I just mix it in a bowl with extra water and microwave it. It becomes something like a thick, yummy pudding.

Those are delicious! I use the recipe on the back with I think 2 oz of water and put it in a microwave safe bowl for about a minute, then I drizzle WF syrup on it and it is like a molten brownie dessert :)

how do you do that because the pancakes were awful to me :( and i have 2 packets left and didn't know what to do with them!!
I mix it with 1-2 oz water and 1-2 tbsp egg whites (I use the All-Whites in a carton) and a pkg of stevia. Mix it up good and microwave in a glass bowl for about 1 min or a bit more. (depending on your microwave power) Top with some WF pancake syrup. :carrot: yum!

my favorite restricted is probably the peanut butter bar (it's hard to choose) and non-restricted I would likely go with vanilla pudding because you can add other flavors to it and make it as a shake so its very versatile. Although I must say I don't like it as well since they changed the formula. Better texture but the taste is not as good.

Spaghetti squash is not classified as "summer squash" - nutritionally it is in line with winter squash, which are forbidden.

I first mix my measured water, the ice and any add-ons (spinach, coffee, stevia, etc), then add the packet/powder and give it a 5-10 sec whirl. It seems to keep down the foam.

Don't use too much liquid. If you want to add coffee and ice to it, make sure you reduce the amount of water by the same amount.
