Hey all! I am opening this thread for those that want to track their weight loss here. I encourage you all to post, even if you have a gain. My weigh in day is Sunday, but you are welcome to post on your own weigh in day. This thread is open for chit chat and encouragement, too!

I am a mess about weighing in.

I was at 235 on 7/8. I will weigh in again on Saturday. I missed Ruth's cut off for the monthly goal but I'd like to lose 6. We shall see.

I have to say Iím a bit disappointed, Friday I was 153.8 on the scale and today I bounced back up to 154.6, but I think I might be retaining a bit of water. Oh well, today is my official weigh in day, so I will count the higher weight!

Great job everyone! For me I had a slight + this week, I weighed in at 154.4 (+1.4). It was my first week of Ramadan so I am trying to adjust my body to eating late at night, and I have been eating carbs at every meal. I think this next week I am going to keep my morning carbs, and just try and have a large salad with chicken for fish for dinner, instead of couscous or pasta.

This morning was my weekly weigh in. I was very nervous as it was my first weigh in since I started SB diet and I had a rough weekend. I didn't cheat but it took me everything to stay motivated.

I lost a big 7 pounds so this morning I'm all excited and ready to go for another week. :)

I am sooo not weighing till Monday or so. I have been a good girl but currently having a fight with mother nature so off the scale I stay. Since this is my initial post in this topic I will post my weigh in's up till now.

I know that's a big amount in 10 days so if I am still at 151 come Monday I am good.

This is a great idea. I track in a binder, where I also track what I eat daily and keep some recipes I print out. Here is my journey so far:

05/06 - 224.6
05/13 - 220
05/20 - 217.6
05/27 - 214.6
06/03 - 213.4 (Met Goal #1 to lose 5%, right on target date)
06/10 - 211.2
06/17 - 209.6
06/24 - 208.6
07/01 - 204
07/08 - 203.4
07/15 - 201.2 (Met Goal #2 to lose 10%, projected goal achievement date was August 5th)
07/22 - 201.6
07/29 - 200

Weight loss for the week: 1.6
Weight loss total: 24.6

OH how I hope to see the scale starts with a "1" this week!!! Goal #3 is to be under 200 pounds. When I started the plan and wrote my goals, I hoped to reach goal #3 by August 26th LOL I believe I will meet that goal at this week's weigh in :)

I came in today at 153, so no change. I am happy with that because I actually thought I gained since I haven't been 100% on plan. It's time to get myself back on track!

I had my stressful weekly appointment with Mr. Scale this morning and it turned out great. I lost 6 pounds!! Yay! :) :) :)

Ooh, I didn't see this thread before! I guess I pick Monday as official weigh in day then.

Starting (overall): 193 (April-ish)
Now: 186.4
Fluctuations- between 184-188 recently (over about 2 weeks).

162.4 - not a great loss since 7/31, but I actually went up 1 1/2 lbs. during that time (hormones) so I'm quite happy with the loss I managed to get.

Finally, after bouncing around for a few weeks, my scale was nice and I was at 150, so that means -3 lbs, so total weight loss at -13 lbs. Yay!

3 days left on Phase 1, and I'm down 6.8 lbs. Only 8 more to go till my 130 goal. I even managed to pass on my nephew's birthday cake yesterday, which was a huge challenge. My birthday is next week, I just hope I have the same will power!

I usually weigh myself twice a week. Waiting one full week is too hard for me to do! I'm hoping to lose ~10 in the first two weeks of SB though.

Hi ladies,

I was really disappointed when I had my meeting with Mr. Scale yesterday morning. I have lost only 1 pound last week and 1 pound the week before. How come did I lose a total of 13 pounds the first two weeks and only 2 pounds in the last two weeks? I haven't changed my eating habits that much...only added one slice of whole wheat bread per week. I guess it was easier at the beginning since most of what I was losing was water....?

Oh well, a pound is a pound I guess :)

So I'm back with my tail between my legs. In a month, I've gained 6 pounds back. I can't bring myself to change my ticker. I lost my way and my motivation, and now I'm back at square one.

It is frustrating when you are so close to goal, the ounces seem to hang on for dear life. It will happen. It takes me a month to lose a pound or two. I am on P2.5-3 lol not sure if I want or need to lose any more so I am concentrating on maintaining.

Penmage try not to beat yourself up it is only 6 pounds. Look at how well you did keeping the rest of the weight off. Give yourself a week or 2 on P1 to kick any cravings that might be undoing your progress. We all have our vacations from the beach, but the important thing is you are here and determined!

I was 149 this morning, I started at 156 so that makes -7 lbs.... I fell off right as school started since everything was so hectic and I managed to re-start again this week. I am thinking of changing my goal to 140 but we'll see once I get to 145.

Labor day weekend was rough on me. I strayed from the beach and bounced back up to where I was when I started! Yikes. I got back on Phase 1 right after though and on Thursday I was back to 158.1. Whew.

I'm hoping for another decent loss for Monday. I had some wine last night though but I did a workout and stayed under my calories so hopefully the damage won't be too bad.

When I weighed in on 08/21 I was 284 (eek!!!). Last Friday I was 272. And this morning I'm 270.5.

I was 252 on 9/3 and joined the gym. I have worked out everyday and this morning I got on the scales and I am 251 :?:. I am guessing I have gained muscle. Still going down so I will take it but I would have thought it would have been so much more as I have been busting my butt.

I'm sooo happy but cautiously optimistic about week 2 of Ph1 since I see so many others saying loss slows down in week two. I'm hoping for another 3 or hopefully even 4 lbs this week. Fingers crossed!!

was hoping for a little more but i'm happy that i lost. there's a few events this week so i dont think it'll be much in terms of weight loss. hopefully i can just maintain 157.

So I hopped back on the wagon on the...3rd? 4th? Something like that. Took it kinda easy, since I was getting used to some new medications at the same time. Weighed in today at 177.4, 12.6 pounds down from my high, and about 4 pounds down from my gain of 6. Almost back to where I was! :carrot:

back on SB today... weighed in at 187 lbs ... earlier this year I was down to 174 but that plan was to regimented... who can live the rest of their lives with having salad for lunch and dinner, and the same breakfast every day?

I'm up 3.3lb since Wednesday :( but honestly, I'm not super surprised.

Wednesday was my birthday so I indulged in carbs and sugar. Got back on track right after that but then had a party on Saturday. That led to some bad decisions which just led to more bad decisions. And I'm pretty sure TOM is coming up. I'm back on track today though.

I have a weekend trip next weekend so I'm hoping that by getting back on track I can lose a few lbs for the trip.

I hopped on the scale and was down to 228! Which is great for me since I've moved zip since the surgery. Will wait til next Sat for the official weigh in but hoping to be down a few more by then so I can get back on track for 220 by my bday (10/17).

Wow, great job everyone!

I have to weigh in every day to keep myself motivated. Not that I expect to see a loss, but it's a good way to keep myself accountable. I try not to obsess over it and only change my tracker once a week.

I weighed in this morning and I'm down to 179 - finally broke 180! Yay! I'm on Phase 2 now so bit nervous but trying to not over or under-do it. Thanks for the great thread!

I was exactly the same weight today, 151. However, this is my first week of "being good", no slip ups, nothing! I am starting an exercise class 2x a week so I'm hoping that will jumpstart my weightloss again.
