Arrow Newest IP Phase 1 Question

Were there any issues or benefits, when you switched and started eating 8 ounces of protein? If you haven't switched, why not or do you plan on using the new protocol?

Ohh good question. I only just switched this week but it's scaring me a little since it obviously means more calories. Yesterday I had ground beef and I usually have 5 oz but I had 8 last night and felt incredibly full and like I had eaten too much :/

"switched to 8 ounces" why did you switch? Is that a new protocol for phase 1 or just your program?

I'm also wondering. Is this new? I just seen my coach yesterday and she didn't tell me anything. Hmmmm

My clinic was very late informing me of this change (made in mid March 2012?). It was 5-8 ounces before and my coach recommended 5 ounces for meat, 6 ounces for chicken, and 7 ounces for fish

My sheet says 7 oz. I haven't been very good about weighing though. But dinner is my favorite meal of the day!

I started IP in Nov 2011, and 8 oz was the requirement on the protocol sheet that I received. I have always eaten 8oz of protein and have had very good success.

Heres the Post with the latest (5/2012) dated Phase 1 sheet has 8oz straight up for protein. My phase 1 sheet from before said 5-8oz, I've been doing 8oz.
