Hi all I want to start posting a food blog here daily :)

Breakfast - fruit & soya yogurt

Lunch - homemade cauliflower soup and rice cakes

Dinner - veggies stew with quinoa, more fruit

what kind of amounts? because it doesn't seem like you're eating much. You may want to lose weight, but cutting back this much can have serious effects on your health.

-coming from a vegan who knows.

Great idea! I'd love to see more of these... my wife recently became vegan and it's definitely more difficult to build a meal around than a vegetarian diet.
