Default maintenance and bread.....

I know for supper you can have "complex carbs (pasta and even potatoes I think). Is there any kind of bread that qualifies, or should you avoid all bread, even like fiber one bread that has protein and fiber?

I don't know if you are allowed bread, or not. I rarely eat bread, but if I just have to have bread, I only buy Ezekiel 4:9. Have you tried this before? Here's the link. Check out the bread and some of their other products, if interested. http://www.foodforlife.com/our-products/ezekiel-49

I don't know where you got this rule. Is it part of a specific diet? I eat any carbs I want for dinner and feel fine. As long as I don't overeat, I don't gain weight.

You will get better answers if you move this post to a forum about that diet. Good luck.

Ok, I will check there, however, when I have posted maintenance questions there before, they have said to move those questions over here......

I guess it depends on what kind of question it is. You're of course welcome to post anywhere you like!

Those of un on maintenance have gotten here many different ways. We are just concerned with keeping it off. We represent no particular diet.
