2 C Coffee
1 Cappachino Mix
Ice, Hazelnut Stevia

Salad with Cucumber, Mushrooms, and Onions (2 Cups Veg total)
EVOO, Ms. Dash, Hot Sauce (I can't get enough hot sauce!!)

Hot Chocolate Iced Decaf Coffee

Buffalo Wings (15)
Sliced Cucumbers and raw Broccoli

Premier Protein and Pudding Smoothie split with my hubby ;)

Starting my detox today!

B: coffee; choc shake; water
L: 2c cucs, 4 ozs tuna; vanilla shake
D: Large lettuce salad with 2c chopped various veggies; 4 ozs tuna ;)
S: South Beach bar OR vanilla shake

And of course.....W-A-T-E-R

Breakfast@8am: The Usual.
IP Cappucino Drink
1 cup Organic Spinach
2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
1 Stevia & Cinnamon

Lunch@12pm: Soup & Veggies
IP Chicken a la King
1 cup Broccoli & Red Pepper Salad (tossed w/ACV, Dijon Mustard, & Lemon Pepper)

Snack@4pm: Frittata
IP Fine Herb & Cheese Omelet
Asparagus, Mushrooms, & Roasted Red Bell Peppers (& garlic of course)

Snack@6pm: 4th packet on Weightlifting Days
IP Chocolate Soy Puffs


Dinner@8pm: Miracle Noodles Stirfry
Sliced & Marinated Turkey Tenderloin
Miracle Noodles Fettuccine (1/2 pack)
Cucumber Noodles (julienne'd on my new mandoline!)
Marinade & Stirfy Sauce - WF Sesame Ginger, WF Peanut Spread, Braggs Liquid Amino, Red Chili Paste, Grated Ginger & Garlic

*Next grocery run, I am getting white cabbage to try a spin on this recipe (my original dinner inspiration):

Phase 1 alternatives-

Break: rtd vanilla

Lunch: 8 oz of chicken breast w. bbq seasoning salt and evoo

Dinner: chocolate rtd

Dessert: Rubarb crumble!!!

Water water water water water a sucker for the same old...

Today for dinner, I grated cauliflower, added it to a skillet with some oil and garlic, seasoned and stir fried it. Then I added eggs and made a sort of mock fried rice. I wish I had different seasonings to use, but it is really yummy!

Phase 1;

B: IP Butterscotch pudding mixed w/ 1 cup strong chilled coffee, 2 Tbsp WF Caramel Syrup 1/4 cup water....Shake.....add ice, shake again :)

L: Red leaf lettuce salad w/ 2 cups veggies. Homemade dressing w/ EVOO, apple cider vinegar, S&P, Lemon juice, & garlic. IP Cappuccino drink mix.

D: 8 oz (pre~cooked) lean ground chicken made into a patty. Spiced w/ S&P & Cayenne pepper... 1 cup Jicama fries (YUMMY) & 1 cup steamed broccoli.

S: IP Vanilla drink mix w/ SF Torani Peach Syrup.

Everything today was just so good ~ totally satisfied :)
