I'll try to keep this short and sweet...

As part of my lunch today, I packed a little container of Mott's Natural (sugar free) Applesauce.

When I plug in the nutritional info, it says it's 1 point. However considering that's applesauce, and it's natural (with no added sugars, etc...) should I just count it as a 0 point fruit?

To me it seems like it would be the same as eating an apple, except that it's just mashed up into applesauce.

I say yes, 0 point because it's still fruit with no sugar added. Fresh/frozen fruit including canned or pre-packaged that has no sugar added or is sugar-free is considered 0 points.

I wonder if there is another additive in the apple sauce giving it the one PP. I would still rate it zero.
