It just dawned on me today that I am 10% of the way to my goal weight. I look at myself and see that I've lost 16 pounds but I don't notice any difference in the mirror yet. I can feel that my clothes are fitting more loosely and that the scale shows a smaller number, but I don't see it in the mirror. However, looking at the math I realized that I am 10% of the way to my goal! That's surprising to me! I may not be able to lose 145 pounds but I can lose 14.5 pounds ten times!
I am definitely on my way!
