Weigh In this morning was Ahmazing!! 285.8 is the good word this morning... Lost 3.6 pounds this week bringing my toatal to -174.2. That leaves 35.8 pounds to reach my first major goal!!

Hey All!!! :congrat: Congrats on all of your losses this week....big and small :hug: Now it is time to buckle down and get ready for this Friday's weigh in. :p I need to really crack down on drinking my water. I really slowed down this weekend at home but i will pick it up when I am back at work.

Congratulations to all who have lost. I will weigh in this PM and post weight. This week I plan to get in more workouts and really push hard. I want to get to onderland soon so bad. Working out has always been hard for me so hopefully I can find something that I enjoy because I haven't done anything lately. Walking is really all I have done on my journey and I know I need to incorporate something else maybe I'll try some strength training.

I'm going on vacation in September and I want to be HOTT!!!

So I lost almost 7 pounds this week! Wahoo! (I know most of its water weight, after all I just started last week... But it's still nice to see the scale drop so much) :D

from today forward i plan to weigh biweekly on sun and thurs. i used to weigh daily and i've decided that isn't the best approach for me personally.

and on my 1st biweekly weigh-in I'm down another pound. I'll take that as a good omen.

diet and exercise is going great. this is my strongest and best week to date since starting.

this week coming up is going to be a difficult week for me. lots of bday celebrations going on and i'll be away from home. away from my pool and treadmill. away from my routine. wish me luck! :crossed:

OMG!!! Turns out my scale was not balanced and I weighed 10lbs more than I thought.:( Now....that having been said, I still lost the weight that I lost, I just need to correct my number and stare at the bad ones for another week.:cry:

But, I have a new scale now that is fully set and ready to go!!!

I wake up this morning to find I have a visitor, and that I am now bloated... Thinking wow, this is weigh in day, that's going to be unfortunate. I get out my trusty scale and begin the weigh in process, zero out the scale, use the little girls room, and make sure I am wearing as little as possible, fingers crossed I step on the scale and...... Thank the good Lord, even bloated I weigh in at 281.6 for a loss of 2.4 pounds this week. I only need to lose 1.6 more pounds to bring my total loss to -180, I am only 31.6 pounds away from my first major hurdle (250). Wow, that is a lot of numbers LOL.

today is day 3 of my trip. I took a free day today but tomorrow I am right back to plan. Having a great time. Hoping today's bad eating won't result in too much damage on the scale when weigh day comes around again on sunday. Yesterday was also weigh-in because I weigh biweekly. I had only lost 1 pound but I'll take it.

I'm going to miss my hunny but I'm excited to get home and back to my routine and back on the fitness wagon! Can't wait to hit the gym! (Well, the Y)

I've lost 2 lbs so far this week. Really hoping for 1 more pound by Sunday's weigh-in. My goal is 3lbs a week. If I lose 12 lbs every single month (approx. 3 lbs per week) I will be at my goal weight on my wedding day next year. I have about 13 months to lose 151 more pounds and I know I can do it!

This weekend was really tough emotionally due to some family issues, but I was able to keep from binge eating except for once. I chose to hold off weighing myself until this morning so that I did not get discouraged in case of a bad number. Pleasantly Suprised:

CW:330.2

Last two weeks 0.8 and 0.4 lbs - I was despondent despite the fact that I had lost inches all round. This week is much better. 3.9 lbs down.

I realized the previous two weigh ins had been after:
A 2 hour flight
A 10 km race
- apparently you retain water for both of the above.

In any event, I am happy that I stuck to my plan, normally I would have self sabotaged myself with such a small loss last week. But I kept reminind myself - persistence and consistency!
Yay me!

I'm restarting my diet regime. Had a major setback for the last couple of months and now am back to my starting point.

Today's weight: 165

Going grocery shopping this weekend so that my kitchen is stocked with the right foods. Looking forward to getting this weight firmly under control!
