That's why I didn't want to delete it yet!
There is a template on one of the tabs, so I just left it in the same workbook.
It was pushing my google skills over the limit to put it into a new wookbook.

I put my stuff all in the wrong weeks I think, and ran out of room to enter this weeks weigh in.

I was going to add one more week to the Spring Challenge, but wanted the new one to run from July 4th ish to Labor Day, so I left the Spring Challenge alone.

Thanks for chiming in.

Please dont delete or alter the current Spring Challenge! The entire point of having a challenge is to stay motivated through to the very "end" of the challenge, then celebrate how we did as individuals and as a group!!

This is my first week so the timing was PERFECT!! Love having this resource! Not only does it keep me slightly more accountable but I can't wait to see how everyone else is doing. It keeps me motivated if I have a low point when I know others have plateaued or slowed loss and then dropped again. Thanks for letting me join in! :D

As long as we all help the less tech savvy among us, there is no need to delete the Spring Challenge and we can have that tab to look back on how far we all have come.

For anyone new, the Challenge is used as a motivation to help stay focused on your goal for a short window (about two months).

I don't recall which IPer created the original document (thank you! to her), but it will automatically calculate your loss to date during the challenge and your percent of weight lost. Just come back to this thread each weekly weigh in and enter the pounds lost that week into the correct column.

This is open to everyone, of course.

ps Eventually I'll figure out how to multiquote, just not now. ; )

Thanks Sweetie. I only lost 1.2 last week but I think it was water retention, the day before was "wicked hot" and humid and I drank about 2 gallons of water. But it was still a great week!!! I just think it was really 2 weeks of losses showing up at once.:dizzy:

Crazy at work today. I'm going to mow the lawn and then walk the kids to the corner store where I will get a powerade zero while the get an ice cream. My son was so excited when I said walk there. We haven't done that in quite a while. So that's a double NSV for me!

He was all smiles on our walk and even said dad your walking faster and aren't tired. We tried the walk we did tonight a year ago and I couldn't do it. We turned back 1/3 of the way. The walk was great. :carrot:

That's fantastic! I feel as if I'm a better role model for my kids now that I've lost weight. I can tell them to watch what there eating and not feel like a hypocrite. My kids are 8 & 11, and I want them to grow up at a healthy weight. Right now both of them are overweight, and I'm working on changing their diets at home to rectify this situation.

I'm in! Disappointing first week; although at least I had been losing some, doing other things. My start weight is ONLY for the start of IP. I wonder if I should change it to my true start weight?

So, disappointing first week on IP, but totally my fault -- I worked so hard all week at work, but blew it on the weekend. I will take the 2.2 though; it's better than the gain I expected.

This isn't a sometimes diet this is an ALL THE TIME diet. You are going to have to change your way of thinking when it comes to food. Figure out what it is that makes you want to cheat, once you figure that out you will be better. Hang in there 2.2lbs loss is nothing to sneeze about, its actually pretty good with a bad weekend. Just think IF you would of stayed OP what it would of been? Drink LOTS of water!

What a great idea! This will be wonderful support. I am on day 4 and doing pretty well. I'm not hungry but I miss seltzer!! My coach said that the carbonation makes you acidic. I heard you can compensate by adding lime.. but am not sure.;)

Week #14 - had my first gain of .2 lb

I really committed to drinking only water this week - no Mio, no anything else and got in all my veggies - and I gained......

Not discouraged though - gonna keep on keeping on. There is no way that I can really be gaining weight on this protocol, so we shall see what next week brings.

Thanks! I had to hop on my scale like 3 times because I couldn't believe that I lost another 5 pounds after having such a good loss last week as well. This diet is pretty amazing. :D

Yep. I can't complain because this is my first no loss week. My coach suggested dropping my restricteds for a week. I'll do that. I'm also going to have beef a couple of times this week. I only had it once last week. My coach is brand new, so I know more about IP than she does. I've got this covered, though. :)

So far no cheats! I was on vacation for last weeks weigh-in. I think that I did well while on vacation but I'll have to admit I was tempted at times. Going to weigh in this afternoon. I have put my scales under the bed as I was just getting frustrated. Never did I expect that I would actually be excited to weigh-in, whatever the results are. I just feel so good. Thanks. I changed things up this past week because I didn't lose anything on my last weigh in. It really worked! I've been OP for 8.5 months and needed to shake things up a bit. I only had 3 restricteds last week and ate beef every other day. I had cut back on my beef consumption out of sheer laziness. Chicken and shrimp are Quicker and easier to cook.

Thanks! No losses or gains while 100% OP just mean that your body is adjusting. You'll probably have a really good loss next week.

I had a good WI this week. Down 2.2. That puts me .8 away from goal!!!!!! I should get there next week!!! I threatened to strip down to my undies to see if I could get .8 off, but I was just joking. I'll get there next week or the week after if my body decides to stall.

I weighed in, had a shower, and was down 0.4. It made me laugh as I thought my wet hair would weigh more. I know it was just a "scale fluctuation" but if I could lose 0.4 everytime I jumped in shower, I'd be a waterlogged PRUNE!... either that or I just really need to bathe more! Who as half a pound of dirt on em?? (and I didn't even SHAVE MY LEGS!):o

Went to beach last week so missed WI, next WI is this Fri, my scale shows a 4 lb loss but we all know the clinic scale isn't as generous!

Only down .2 this week - started some medication, hoping that's why I didn't lose. Only on the meds for a few weeks, so time will tell. Not giving up, that's for sure!!!

Ok, so I added my excercise ticker too early. Guess the 1 done means I had better exercise tomorrow.:D Just started back exercising 3 days ago. I read where some people say that it has stalled their weight loss and some say that it has increased it. I did add an additional shake after my workout. Time will tell.

Hi, everyone.
In order to include this week's weigh-ins, I fixed the column e to account for columns m and o.

Although, this week is still "young", IPers in this challenge have lost 1339.7 pounds (and counting!) since Monday, June 25!

Will we make it to 1500 by Sunday? Stay 100% OP and find out!

Aw, I found we had a totals row buried within so we weren't really closing in on 1500. Looks like we finished this challenge at 1275.6. Still pretty good for about 100 participants at various stages of IP for 11 weeks (not exactly 1.1 lbs per week for each person on average). Keep in mind that some folks started late, some folks "goaled out", and some folks maybe stopped posting.

There is a new thread to keep everyone motivated: 30 By Thanksgiving!!!
