Ideal Protein Diet - Is IP right for me?

I've lost 110 pounds in the last two years but I'm having trouble losing the last 30 pounds. I went to a meeting about IP and it sounds awesome but I'm just worried about the cost. Right now I do eat very healthy but I'm not losing. Will being on the IP diet work as well for me even though I just need to lose 30 pounds and not 130 anymore? Is it worth the cost?

We have people in this group that have needed to lose 200+ pounds and some who are looking to lose 20. IP works.
Whether or not it is worth the cost depends on your budget and values, no one else can answer that for you.

Your packets will be about $4.75 each....where you can go to eat for that price and be full? yes you have to eat your 2 cups of veggies so we will add another ummmm $1 so that make it $5.75 a meal....when you go out to eat can you buy anything on the menu for that price that is healthy? I don't think so. Its worth the money....YOU are worth the money. If you don't mind me asking how did you lose your 120lbs?

I stopped eating fast food, and soda. Just ate really healthy didn't cheat at all. Started exercising regularly. I became addicted to eating healthy instead of addicted to fast food.
I'm still eating healthy as I was but now my body is stuck and I want to reach my goal! :)

Congratulations on losing 110# on your own. I think IP is great for anyone and it may be just what you need to lose those last 30#. Give it a try.

i think to lose your last pounds, low carb would be the "weigh" to go.

I had gotten from 204 to 165 on my own and just couldn't get lower no matter which plan I tried (most of them low carb). I joined IP last August and got down to 130 by Feb. This is slower than most people but IP sure worked when nothing else would.
I will warn you that people do get way more excited about the big losses but once you get closer to a normal BMI the losses are slower of course.

You definitely need to find what's right for you. I tried IP and it just didn't work for me. I suffer from diagnosed depression and anxiety and totally removing a food "block" from my diet threw me into a depression episode. Try it. Many people have had success with it, I just wasn't one of them.
