Question Is One-derland gated?

Has anybody else gotten to about 201 pounds and then got stuck for weeka and weeks on end? I'm beginning to feel that one-derland is gated and is not going to let me in until I do something drastic LOL

Any advice on how I can get in? Has anybody else gotten to this point and got stuck also?

I am further from Onederland than you so I haven't tried my key in the gate yet. That said, the title of your post made me LOL (in Panera!) HA! I hope the gates open soon for you!!

The gate to the 170s seems way farther away than I thought it was when I started marching towards it.

I think the 140s are gated for me. I'll hit 150 SO many times and get stuck... then gain...

Personal barriers. I guess just keep at it, maybe change the routine a smidge like add running or maybe try upping the calories 100-200 a day for a bit or dropping them 100-200 a day for a bit (just don't go below 1200cal). Sometimes a small change shocks our body into dropping a little more.

Either way, STICK WITH IT! Don't be like me and quit because the drops stopped. If I had stuck with it, I would either be at my goal, or at least I'd be 150 instead of 23lbs heavier.

The gate for 250 seems to be blocked for me. I busted through and got to 220 but they dragged me back again.

That is SO me! It's like once I see 150 lbs on the scale, I think 'wooohoooo, time to start eating'

same. situation. this. time.

I am going to be 100% on plan tomorrow though.

Indeed it is. I had the slowest weight loss so far from 205 to 199. Maddening. I did have 3 off plan weekends though so really my fault for the slowness.

I didn't do anything special to tip the scale, just had to deal with it and get back on plan.

I fully sympathize with you all. The gates to a normal bmi seem to be locked against me. I just keep on keepin' on but the need for this much patience wears thin after awhile.
