Default Cooking with yogurt

I just had veggies with Philadelphia cooking creme but the sodium is so high and I have high blood pressure I was wondering can you cook with yogurt.

Let it drain in the fridge then the next day mix it with EXAMPLE tomato paste and herbs mix and heat over veggies this will help me with sodium just I never cooked yogurt before.

Thanks

I have used Greek yogurt in cooking and I've also stirred it into tomato based pasta sauce at the last minute for a cream texture. Works well. Family loves it!

I would stir yogurt in at the end of cooking, rather than mixing it in the beginning and heating it. If you heat it, it is likely to curdle and separate and lose its creamy texture.
