It's very, very quiet on 3FC! (I said this in December too!)

Summer is a bit dry on the boards because everyone is out enjoying life, swimming, playing, and eating! Slowly, as summer winds down and autumn begins, we'll see folks start to post more often!

In six short months, we're going to be talking about end of year celebrations like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's!

So we're at MID YEAR! You have 6 solid months to decide what 2012 will say about YOUR weight loss. Are you having a great year so far? Are you going in a direction you don't want to be? This is your time. This is your mid year!

Where do you want to be January 1st, 2013?

So, here's the challenge:

Decide where you want to be in this journey on New Year's Day 2013. Calculate what you need to accomplish each month to make it happen. This will be the result at the end of the month. If you don't do goal weight/loss, feel free to make it whatever goal you want to meet by January 1st.

Then, cut and paste this format into your comment and come back and edit it EVERY month.

So I have a question. Is this going to be a check-in once a month thread? I'm currently doing my first challenge and I need more accountability than once a month. Are there going to be weekly check-ins as well?

Jessica, this is a good idea. Thanks for starting it. I am careful with time related goals because I have found in the past that I can get discouraged and then usually end up going backwards. They can backfire. With that in mind...

Goal:
I am committing to staying on my eating plan for the remainder of 2012 and I will not gain a single pound. I will consciously increase my exercise time.

Starting weight for the challenge: 237.6 (June 13)

July 13 : 234.2 down 3.4 pounds

August 31: 239.2 August was not good but ignoring it does not help. Back on track and Sept will be better.

September 13: 235.2 Being back on track helped and Sept. is better! Down 2.4 pounds since June 13

October 13: 232.2 Slow going but I am losing. Down 3 pounds in a month, 5.4 pounds since June 13

I, too, need more accountability, so I am breaking mine down into weeks. Hope that's okay. I also am a bit of a perfectionist, so I will want to run and hide if I don't make ambitious goals with weight loss numbers, and I won't want to do:-) it if the goals aren't ambitious enough. With this in mind, I will adopt the very moderate long-term goals of not abandoning my weight loss plans a single week for the next six months. I will be conscious of my eating, and will check in with 3FC at least once a week, and will exercise with some regularity. Since I am currently studying for the bar exam, and plan to take it in July, and then will start a new (exciting, but high pressure) job in August, I will be coming up on some weeks where that may be all I can reasonably do, and I need to adopt the attitude that doing it is praise-worthy and not a waste of time, even if it means there are weeks where I only maintain (or even gain a small amount).

Goal: Check in with 3FC once a week, be conscious of my eating, exercise 3 times per week every week until January 1, 2013.

Starting weight for the challenge (6/10 weigh in): 266

June 17:met all 3 parts of my goal; weight - 262.4

June 24: met the three parts of my goal; weight - 259.8
I
July 1: met all 3 parts of my goal; weight - 257

July 8: check on 3 parts of my goal; weight - 250.8 (post-TOM whoosh! Will it stay gone? Hope so!)

July 15:met all 3 parts of my goal; weight - 249.4 (slow loss, but I held onto my nearly seven-pound whoosh last week. good enough.) 51.6% body fat

July 22: been sick/stressed, and yesterday, ate a bit mindlessly, though not excessively. Also, have not exercised more than a few days this week due to vomiting, etc. So, not a great week scale-wise. 250.4 pounds, so up exactly one pound. However, glad I recorded fat percentage last week, as I am down to 50.9%, so at least a bit of progress somewhere. Weight loss is not linear, blah blah blah. Bar exam week, so will not be focusing on the scale at all. Hoping that eating well and working out will ease my stress. If so, wouldn't that be an amazing corner to turn?

July 29: 246.5. Bar exam week. Too much like a Twinkie diet kind of week. Underate because of bar exam nerves and caffeine. Then hard to get back on the Still. - checked in with 3fc, exercised a few times, and while I ate gross, nutrition -poor food, I didn't eat very much. New day. New week. New commitment to healthy weight loss. Still happy about dropping pounds this week, though.

August 5: 241.8, 52.2 percent body fat. Until last night's work-out, had trouble finding mystery mojo. But did okay going through the motion anyhow. Met all 3 parts of my goal, and had a loss. May be on target to hit Onederland by the New Year. Start my new dream job Monday, so it will be a new challenge.

August 12: 240.4 lbs. 48.8 percent fat. Super sore from lifting yesterday. Hope next week will be a bigger loss, but I just need to keep seeing the number go down. First week of work, so inadequate sleep as I try to adjust, but feeling good staying on plan.

August 19 (18): 239.8, 49.2 percent fat. Weighed in a day early, as we're taking my daughter to the airport at 4 am so she can go to Ecuador for eight months (Yay! and Boo!). SLOW going, but at least headed in the right direction!

August 26: 237.8, 48.2 percent fat. Not a perfect week, but perfect was never the goal.

September 2: 231. 4, 48.1 percent fat. 6.4 pounds! Crazy. Had a near-perfect food week and worked out hard, but that doesn't explain the high number. Totally not going to overanalyze it. Just going to spend the next week trying to maintain and capitalize on it!

September 9: 229.0, 47.8 percent body fat. 2.4 pounds, while Aunt Flo is still making her monthly visit. Feeling good. Kicking it in the gym. Wearing progressively smaller clothing. All good things, and I will have this time documented when it gets hard again.

September 16: 229.0, 48.4 percent body fat. Post-TOM even. I don't track food, but I wonder if I ate more because my water consumption was down? No matter. Weight loss is not linear, blah blah blah. Gonna step up the water consumption this week, and if my weight doesn't drop, totally going back to tracking -at least for a week or two. Gag! But got my bar results this week. Scored in the 96th percentile on the MBE. No loss, but still a great week!

September 23: 227.8, 52.6 percent body fat. Okay - I know body fat percentage is not completely accurate, but WTH? **sigh** I am not even going to care about it right now, frankly. Down 1.2 pounds. Slow loss after a no-loss week. But I was sworn in to the bar, I moved to Phase 2 of NROLFW, and I am feeling strong and increasingly fit. Restocked my office with Greek yogurt, grilled chicken breasts, protein bars, and tons o' water. Plus - got me some Honeycrisp apples. Going to be a great week!

September 30: 228.2, 51 percent body fat. Extra calories of garbage = gains. Who is shocked by this? Still after a few weeks of holding stead, dropping slightly, then gaining -my body should be primed for a new beginning! Each day brings with it opportunity for good decisions. I will seize some of those this week! Plus -I still love the awesome muscle hiding under my fat! I am strong, baby!

October 7:226.4, loss of 1.8 pounds. It will do. It would be awesome, in fact, if it were steady. Still, it seems I am going to be in the 220s for a very long time. I will just strap in and enjoy the ride. My FB page has a picture of me with my family from law school graduation, and then another one with friends at my swearing-in ceremony. The difference is pretty remarkable. So, even though I still feel as though I am essentially at my "starting" point, I am just going to try to take joy in the fact that I have made progress, and celebrate that I am maintaining a large loss, and if it's accompanied by a loss, all the better. (Yes, Kaplods - who no doubt is not reading this - I do greatly appreciate your words of wisdom.)

October 14: 221.2. Stopped looking at fat percentage cuz my scales measurement of it is clearly whack. So, 5.2 pounds down, a hugely exciting whoosh that all happened between Sunday and Monday. Since then, I have held steady. Interesting to watch the patterns. Just gonna keep going. Hopefully, I will be out of the 220s next week (or later this week!). I would love to be in Onederland by New Year's Day!

October 21: 225.2. Because of a processed, carb-filled weekend. Yay? Part of this. And I am inspired to do better, if only so I can feel better.

October 28: 224.2. Technically a loss, but I should have whooshed down after my carb splurge right before weigh in, but I didn't because of off-plan eating and not enough exercise. Not giving up, though. Stepped on the scale this morning even though I didn't want to, and am posting in 3FC.

November 4: After two weeks of struggling to stay on plan, and having the scale mess with my mind, I took a 12-day no-scale pledge. So while I had a great on-plan week, with lots of good exercise (3 days of lifting, 3 days of cardio), and post-TOM, I did not weigh in. Kind of sad about it, but hoping I will have a second really good week and get a strong scale result when I weigh next Sunday.

November 12: 219.4. Not as good as I wanted, but it's a starting point. And at least I am FINALLY out of the 220s.

November 18: 213.0. Rapid Fat Loss, baby. So excited about these amazing scale results, and I am trying hard to preserve muscle (heavy lifted three times). If the plan continues to work this well, I will be in Onederland by Christmas.

November 25: 215.2. Guess fries, chips, candy, and tears don't help with the scale.

This is great and exactly what I need.

My goal is to lose 45 lbs. Assuming my start weight on July 1 will be 276 (if I lose two this week), my January 1, 2013 weight will be 231, which puts me at the halfway point between where I started and my goal weight of 175. It's an average of about 2lbs a week with a little cushion. ;)

Hi Goddess Jessica,

Your post was just what I needed to hear. I started the year off at 199 lb and saying that I would reach my goal by July. Well I haven't, in fact I've gained 6.6 lbs over the last 6 months. I get pissed off thinking about the time I've wasted.

I'll be jumping on this one.

This is just what I need! :) I reorganised my exercise routine, diet and goals this afternoon. This is PERFECT!

Goal: ???? (Edited Mid-October)
GOOD eating habits. Each month I will have a set goal of the number of hours I would like to do of exercise.
Starting weight for the challenge: 142lbs

31st July:
Goal:136lbs, 15 hours of exercise.
Achieved:
136lbs and 28 days/20 hours 25 minutes of exercise completed, reaching my goal of 15 hours on 24th of July. While my official weigh in isnít until Thursday I did step on the scales this morning and was 136lbs. Hopefully it will stick until Thursday! Very successful first month on this challenge. I was doing route one of my walking which takes me approximately 30 - 35 minutes but then added in some weight training which I stuck to more than walking due to bad weather and not being able to get out as often as I would have. I've also lost 10 inches since the start of July.

31st August:
Goal: 134lbs, 25 hours of exercise.
Achieved:
134lbs and 26 days/31 hours of exercise completed, reaching my goal of 25 hours on the 24th of August. I reset my goals during the month down to a 2lbs/3lbs loss per month aim. So I reached the new goal of 134lbs. Did lose just over 9 inches in the month of August too. Onto September now and this will be interesting with going back to college and have my cousin staying with me for almost three weeks.

30th September:
Goal: 131 - 132lbs, 20 hours of exercise. (Decreased due to a visitor for nearly three weeks.)
Achieved:
134lbs and 18 days/22 hours 50 minutes of exercise complete, reaching my goal of 20 hours on the 22nd of September. So I had a bit of an off month with only structured and planned exercise the first week of the month. I only lost 2 inches over the month and once again not shocked by the small number - surprised I lost anything really! :carrot: Now that I'm back in the game, I'm hoping October will get me back on track. College is proving to be a bit stressful at the month but I just need to gather everything together and get in control of everything and I will be fine! Looking forward to October. I have a new challenge for myself to stay on track with food and exercise and away from the scales for the entire month of October.

31st October:
Goal: No goals/targets.
Achieved:
133lbs and 14 days/8 hours 25 minutes of exercise achieved. I had a very off month. Being back in college and having so much on my plate has meant that exercise has been pushed aside. I donít want it to be the case but that is what has happened. Iím so exhausted in the evening times that I donít have the energy to get up and do a workout. I was doing alright at the start of the month and slowly got worse to where I did nothing for an entire week! Thankfully, job applications and are finished for now and my projects are pretty much done, I might be able to give more time and attention to my exercise. During the month I decided to get rid of all goals and targets until the end of semester at least. Depending how next semester goes (starting the end of January until mid May) I may or may not keep goals and targets. Right now I am following a plan that just allows me to work out when I can and for the amount of time I can manage. Iím hoping there will be an increase of time during the weekends and I will be able to do at least 3 days during the week BUT I will not say for sure that is what I am going to go for. Moving into November tomorrow, the days are getting colder and it is getting darker earlier Ė the winter is nearly here. As always, Iím hoping next month will be better! Good luck everyone as we head into the second last month of the year!

30th November:
Goal: No goals/targets.
Achieved:
131lbs and 24 days/16 hours 20 minutes of exercise achieved! The current 90 day challenge that Iím involved in is being used for accountability rather than achieving a goal of X amount of hours a month. I decided to add it up and I was delighted to see the results. Itís taking a while to get back on plan since Iíve gone back to college but I believe the new plan of losing when I lose and dropping all shorter term goals and targets was a good move to make for me. I have been losing weight and Iíve being losing inches. This month Iíve lost 2 more inches. Iím slowly getting there. Going into the last month of the challenge now which is exciting! Iíd love to lose another pound or two this month and officially be in the 120s before 2013! It is my next mini goal. I havenít been in that range since I was 16. Best of luck to all those in the last month of the challenge and of the year!

31st December:
Goal: No goals/targets.
Achieved:
129lbs and 25 days/16 hours and 40 minutes of exercise done achieved! Originally, I wanted my goal of 112lbs by the time I went back to college and when I noticed weight loss was slow for me I changed it for today, the 31st of December 2012. A few months back when I went back to college and my weight was coming off even slower, I once again took away the goal of today and all shorter term goals. This challenge has really helped me stay focused! Being able to come back and update my post each month has been a pleasure. :) This month I feel like I did pretty well considering the Christmas season. Iíve been on break from college since the 13th and have been studying for my exams that start on Thursday. In between studying, Iíve been getting my exercise in which has been good to get a break from the study. I lost 2 lbs this month Ė getting my mini goal #2! I did see 128lbs but I think the Christmas season took itís toll. This goal was to get into the 120s before 2013 which I achieved. I also lost a small number of inches Ė 2". I miss the days when I lost 10 inches in a month! But that was the summer and I was able to work out for a lot longer than 30 minutes a day which is what I have set for the time being. I figure that 30 minutes is better than nothing! I am happy which were I got. Iím finishing the year with a loss of 13lbs so Iím almost half way to my goal! Best wishes to everyone in the New Year! :D Hope to see you in the New Years to Valentine's Day Challenge (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/4561373-post3.html) thread. :D

Best of luck!

Goal: I want to lose 30 pounds by the end of the year, which breaks down to 5 pounds per month. My weekly weigh-ins are on Wednesdays, so my marked dates are the last Wednesdays of every month. :)

Starting weight as of June 27: 247.25

Goal for July 25: 242
Weight reached: 243.5
Notes: Didn't quite make it, but not feeling discouraged. I'll see what I can accomplish in the next month!

Goal for August 29: 237
Weight reached: 242.25
Notes: Moved this month (was rather unexpected), which threw off my eating habits. Back on track as of 8/27/12.

Goal for September 26: 232
Weight reached: 236.5
Notes: I feel pretty good about this month. The only reason I didn't reach goal is because I was already behind at the beginning! But I'm excited; my weight hasn't been this low in 12 years!

Goal for October 31: 227
Weight reached: 233.5
Notes: Things seem to be slowing down a little and it doesn't look like I can reach my goal, but since I'm still going in the right direction I'll be happy with wherever I end up. Heh, I seem to be staying about 5 pounds behind, but I don't feel I can complain too much!

Goal for November 28: 222
Weight reached: 227
Notes: Had a pretty good month, despite the meal rituals of Thanksgiving. Funny how I met last month's goal exactly! I don't mind being a month behind, lol. Maybe I'll reach this month's goal by the end of the year.

Goal for December 26: 217
Weight reached: 226
Didn't get to weigh-in until January. While I didn't make the challenge I still think I did fantastic. I mean, I started at nearly 250 pounds this summer and have almost gotten down to 225 for the New Year. I'm currently working on the Valentine's challenge (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/100-lb-club/271764-new-years-valentines-day-resolutions.html#post4565843), which I'm hoping will get me down to 220 in time for my brithday.

Hope it's okay if I join this challenge. I don't have 100 lbs to lose, but pretty darn close from my all-time-high weight. This is a great challenge - I have this goal anyway, but I think it'd be more fun if I had people who also had New Years goals. :)

I like the method several people did with the weekly weigh-ins since that's how I weigh myself (daily but Sunday is the Official day).

Goal: be 130 lbs by Jan. 1. I think this is reasonable, since there's about 25 weeks until then, and that's about 1.2 lbs a week loss.

It's not my weigh-in yet, but I did want to start psyching myself up for staying on plan this weekend. I would love a good weigh-in on Sunday.

I have a wedding and a two day festival to go to with friends from Friday to Sunday morning. My plan is to carry some whole wheat bagels, some granola bars or nuts, and some fruit on me so I don't just have to eat festival food.

I'll eat my dinner at the wedding (it was expensive for my friends who are marrying), but I'll only eat until I'm not hungry. Also, I may eat fruit beforehand.

I think this should handle it. I also have to not let myself get too hungry, and not panic about this, or else it won't work. And I'm also very close to TOM, which isn't great.

Okay, I think I vented enough. My plan should work. I'll report back when I've weighed on Sunday.

Hope you all are doing well!

Goal: Maintain an upward trend in exercise for the next six months. On January 1, I should be fit enough to start seriously training for 2013 triathlon season.

Starting weight for the challenge: 258.2

July 30, 2012
Weight: 243.6. This was insane -and can only figure that a combination of TOM water loss and regular weight loss account for this. I NEVER lose that much in a week.
Workouts: Worked out 6 days this week. A few personal triumphs - swam 4000 yards in two sets yesterday (2500/1500) and on Friday walk/jogged 6.22 miles (not including warmup and cooldown - total was about 7 miles).

July 22
Weight: 248.8. I wasn't trying to lose weight this week, but did drop a little bit. I was off work and my mother came to visit. My goal was to maintain my workouts and not gain weight. The only day that I wasn't happy about was yesterday - with sufficient determination I could probably have done a workout of some sort and did not.
Workouts: Worked out 5 days this week.

July 15
Weight: 249.2
Workouts: Worked out 6 days last week. Had some excellent running time and one good bike. Did not bike as much as I should have. My swim toys came in! Yay!

July 8
Weight: 251
Workouts: Worked out 5 days last week. Swim, bike, run, but no weights. Missed workout on the 4th of July - should've planned better, but all told I'm happy with the week's work.

July 1
Weight: 255.0
Workouts: Worked out 6 days last week, including weights, swim, bike, and run. Roughly an hour each day.

LaurieDawn, MY PLEASURE!

So I am back from vacation where I did a tri. It nearly killed me. It was only a sprint but the bike was double (18 miles instead of my usual 9). Plus, it was in Michigan so I had to ride a bike I'm not used to blah blah blah. Whatever. I FINISHED and that's all that matters. :) Here's a pic of me with my two cousins (their first tri and the whole reason I did the tri).

But I am up 6 pounds from my pre-vacation weight. SADNESS! Well, I guess I will have to work even harder in August.

Hurray for triathlon and hurray for you! Woot! Woot!

My next one is scheduled for Sept 1. :) I'm going to be amazingly slow, but as they say the slowest ones are those who never reach the starting line.

Calluna, I was the last across the finish line in the last tri (and my first tri, but not the slowest, that was due to a late wave) and each time I wanted to give up because I was preventing people from being able to clean up the race. And then I am like, "Hey wait! I paid $90 for this race!" And I felt better. I have one scheduled September 30th (the same race as my 1st and 2nd) that I am actually going to TRAIN for (unheard of in my vernacular!).

I also started a 100 days of real food challenge today (see www.100daysofrealfood.com). I did a 10-day challenge a couple months ago and it made a huge difference on the scale so I thought I would try it for the full 100 days. You know, I will never get government clearance because people could bribe me with a case of Coke Zero and peanut M&Ms. Saying goodbye to those friends (really more like a codependent relationship) is sooooo hard. JUDGE ME, I don't care. Sniff!

Last year when I was racing tris I was about 50 pounds lighter and a whole lot faster. Unfortunately, there are some stressors I don't handle at all well (hit me June 20 last year, as I was starting to train for an Oly) and it took me a long time to pull out of it.

The last person to cross the finish line is still a triathlete. So is the slowest. You must be glad now that you didn't give up! Keep in touch and let me know how your training is going. :) I'm perfectly willing to nag and/or cheer if you need it to get out there and get it done. :D Or maybe I should mail you a bag of m&ms after you finish that race! ;)

I started cooking out of a cookbook/eating plan that the doc recommended for my partner (his medical stressors were a big part of my fall from grace last year) that is called the Spectrum by Dean Ornish. He's a lot closer to vegetarian than I am, but most of the recipes are delectable and all can be modified to suit you. It's pretty clean eating.

OMG. So frustrated. Eating on plan but up 4 pounds. It makes no sense. ARGH. I just have to keep plugging away.

Don't have a weight to post at the moment because I'm on travel. Eating is okay, not super-clean, and I have been working out. Will post a weight a few days after I get back, I think.

August was rough! I hit a plateau as soon as I entered the 220's. I just need to work harder at this. I am happy with the 5 lbs though. If I can just push for 7 lbs a month, I will reach my goal!

Goal: 199 or less

Starting weight for the challenge: 246

July 31: 231 (Down 15 lbs/ 32 lbs to go!)
August 31: 226 (Down 20 lbs/ 27 lbs to go!)

Missed several weeks...this thread has been quiet. I'll post my update for last week:

Starting weight for the challenge: 258.2

September 16, 2012
Weight: 229.4.
Workouts: Long run of 11 miles on Sunday, then none after because I got a bad flu. Ugh. Didn't go to work or work out all week.

Thanks for the bump.

Man, I am having a rough time with this! I am recommitting. Anyone else fall off the proverbial wagon?

LaurieDawn
09-29-2012, 07:07 PM
Jessica! I have sort of fallen off the wagon. I did not eat on plan for most of the week, and while my exercise was adequate, it was not exceptional. But my goals were to just stay aware of my eating (which I did - I was aware I was eating the wrong things!), maintain a presence at 3FC, and to continue exercising.

So, while I technically met all of my goals, I am not really progressing on the scale. So, yes, I am recommitting. I really would love to be in Onederland by January 1. And though it's not likely, I promise I will shed no tears if I am within ten pounds of it! =)

Good luck with your re-commitment. You are my hero, in that you are always here, even when you struggle. So, your gains never match my 100+ pound gain the last time I left. =)

Oh yes Jessica. That wagon slipped right out from under me this month. Even though I have a couple more weeks of stress management to deal with climbing back on and strapping myself in this time. My next goal is to kick 2012 to the curb minus at least 20 more pounds.

I haven't checked in for a few here but i have been weighing in weekly. So far for the challenge I'm down 30lbs with 20 more to go.

We're a little over halfway done with the challenge, and with 15.5 pounds gone, I'm a little over halfway to my 30 pound goal! :carrot: I really, really want to start out the new year in my two-teens or very close to it. :goodscale

:) HI Everyone! I'm back. I've been offline but not off plan. Reading here I just realized that I started here 3 months ago. I've lost 25 pds since I started this challenge. :carrot: I changed my onederland goal . I 'm meeting my goal of there being a downward slide when I weigh in every Sat. Albeit twice it was only 1/2 pd. Down is Down and I'm happy. Both times I only lost 1/2 pd- I lost 4 pds the next week. See Y'all on Sat. Great work everyone!

Just had a look back on everyones progress over the past couple of months and everyone is doing fantastic! Well done guys, we should all be so proud of ourselves. Nearly heading into the second last month of the challenge. Where has the time gone?!

So I got down to 195 then promptly fell off the wagon for two months and now I'm up to 209 lbs. Why do I do this to myself...

It happens. Don't be down on yourself. You can pick yourself back up and get back on track :) Good luck!

Gosh, I can't believe how close to the end of the year we are. I met another mini goal this week. A 2 pd loss put me at a 50 pd loss altogether. 50 freaking pds!!! 97 pds to go. I can do this, I can I really can. This really gives me the courage to face that turkey meal on thursday and come out a winner.

Even though I updated my post I thought I'd bump the whole thread with an update. :)

Goal: I want to lose 30 pounds by the end of the year, which breaks down to 5 pounds per month.

Goal for November 28: 222
Weight reached: 227

I'm only running five pounds behind, which isn't bad at all! And I can't tell you how excited I am to be in the 220's again, it's only the second time it's ever happened for me and the last time was 12 years ago. :o I was in 22/24's when I started this challenge back in June and am now in 16/18's. It's so surreal. I most likely won't reach my final goal by the end of the year but if I keep going strong I should make it by the beginning of February. I've never been under 220 as an adult so I'm getting pretty stoked that I'm so very, very close. :D

You're doing so well Elladorine! Keep up the hard work!

I've updated my post just there. :) Down 2lbs since last month. I have a mini goal to get into the 120lbs before 2013! 2lbs and 1 month to go...Here goes nothing!

Two weeks to go and 7.4lbs to lose. This last month has been mediocre at best. Trying to get as close to goal as possible if I make goal I might just pass out. :)

At my final weigh-in I was 220.6 not quite the 215 I was looking for but I'm happy with my progress. Looking forward continuing the weight loss in 2013.
