Phase 1:

Breakfast:
Butterscotch Pudding Waffles
2 Cups Coffee

Lunch: Cauliflower mash with Pea Soup Packet (Alternative)

(I'm mixing it up here. I realized this morning that when I go to phase 2 I wont be getting an IP at lunch, so I need to start changing my normal lunch routine to match that a bit:


Snack: Salad if needed with 1C Veggies

Dinner: Turkey Tacos with Iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, zucchini and red onions

Snack: Pudding Smoothie

Doing a sort of "re-boot" after vacation with protein powders and minimum packets.

Breakfast @ 6am
"Protein Powder Pancake" -1/2 scoop RAW Protein powder, 1 egg, 1 egg white, splash vanilla extract, cinnamon (127 cal, 18g protein, 2g carbs, 2g fiber)
WF Blueberry Syrup

1 oz almonds

Lunch @ Noon
Roasted Broccoli added to IP chicken soup

Snack @ 4ish
Protein Shake - 1 scoop RAW Protein powder, 1 cup almond milk, stevia, vanilla, cinnamon (115 cal, 17g protein, 4g carb, 4g fiber)

*WI with coach @ 6

Dinner @ 8ish
2 Boca Burger patties (30g protein, 12g carb, 12g fiber)
2 cups Roasted Zucchini

IP Potato Puree (clam chowder)

4oz Chicken Broth
Celery & Leeks

Snack@4pm:
IP Chocolate Pudding (pudding waffles)
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
WF Pancake Syrup

Snack@6pm: <--workout 4th packet
IP BBQ Ridges

Bodypump@6:30-7:30pm

Dinner@8pm:
Grilled Chicken Breast
Grilled Leeks & Green Onions

Breakfast: IP cappuccino mix (mixed with 2 oz water, 5 oz black coffee, and a pinch of cinnamon)

Lunch: IP Potatoe Puree made into 'pancakes' to serve as a wrap for 2 cups veggies (red and orange pepper, green onion, cauliflower, and broccoli)

Afternoon Snack (if needed): 2 baby dill pickles

Dinner: 8oz roasted pork tenderloin with 1 cup asparagus and 1 cup broccoli

Evening Snack: IP Raspberry Jello

Dinner - Roasted chicken with asparagus and swiss chard

I thought about having the sparrow the cat brought in the house this morning, but didn't see in on the list of dinner proteins, so I set it free.
