I think by the ingredients this will be okay for phase one maybe someone can go over it and check. I found it on cooks.com when i was looking for a replacement for half and half or coolwhip as we can get neither of these in the uk
1 teasp of gelatin
1/2 cup of fat free milk
1/4 cup of fat free milk powder
1 tblspoon of sweetner i used agave
2 teasp of water
1/2 teasp of vanilla extract
soften gelatin in water for 5 mins
stir milk powder into fat free milk and heat to simmering
stir in gelatin until dissolved
stir in sweetner and vanilla
chill until starting to thicken
beat with a rotary or electric mixed until very thick and light store in fridge for several days or freeze
i don't have an electric whisk so used a hand whisk so probably did not whisk it enough and it actually set like custard but was still good 2 spoonfuls over strawberries

Hi, Slim. I live in the uk as well and have a hard time finding some things as well. This recipe sounds ok, the only thing I'm not sure about is the gelatine. I'll do some research and let you know!
