Good morning Turtles! Judy's starting weight: 189#

This week I lost two pounds to bring me to 187#. I am so pleased. I aim to keep this going! Challenge: Father's Day, but I'm cooking so I need to do what is most important.

Howdy everyone! My W/I this morning went pretty well... I was down 2.4 I will update my tracker!

Weight Change: -2.4
I did make it to three classes (did the cycling class last night) and got in my evening walks!

Congrats to Judy! 2 lbs is awesome!

I rejoined WW this week after an 11 month of flying solo ( and continuing to lose weight) I am slapping myself for a lolly binge this afternoon but got the wheels back on the rails to hopefully clock up a loss on Wednesday.

due to us doing our deck staining I did an unofficial weigh in at home yesterday morning - I was up 2.0 lbs from the previous week and with TOM I guess that is ok but still not what I wanted.

It is noteworthy that I only made it to one exercise class last week due to some late meetings, etc although I did get in at least three walks. I am not sure getting to three classes each week with my current work schedule will always be possible but I will strive for that.

Hi All!

Week #3

Weight is 203.4 so I was down 2.4 from my unofficial W/I last week but that is only a total of 2.8 in three weeks... I need to step this up!

Did get two Cycle classes in but no walks - the stomach flu kind of got me side tracked and you would have thought it would have done more for me on the scale! UGH!

glad to see you posting here. I can't get to scale since I got sick and dh is sleeping in the room where scale is. Ugh. I like that you've had a loss and you are so close to onederland. You are doing this. Even one pound a week will get you to your November goal!

I need to step up too, and I'm not letting go of this challenge. I just heard this: A goal is a dream with a deadline!!!! I like that a lot.

Forgot there was a weekly weigh-in again for a challenge. This week first loss in two weeks due to TOM was down -1.2. I will take any movement that is downward. Still same medical issues but still doing ok. The days have been so hot and i dont do well with heat. Makes me feel sick. I need to get in more water but hard to do when i feel super full because of gallbladder. Will try to post again soon.
Oh and my ticker is not up to date. Cant find the spot i usually go to fix it. I am down to 183.6.

Cherrry, this is amazing news!!!!! You are doing great. I was at 182# and then went the other direction. You are an inspiration.

Hi Turtles,
WI for July 7th. I am 192----up three pounds from my starting weight.
See, this is why I stall. Up and down, up and down. Had a very good week this week and even got on :tread: yesterday. Dinner out at friends house yesterday was extremely salty and I think that's the culprit. Well I'm determined to have a good weekend.

Week #4

I was down .6 - not what I needed at all but it was a loss. I am going to increase my exercise this week and really track my eating hard to see if I can find the problem with not getting some bigger numbers at the scale...

Judy: If that is sodium then it will come off quickly... keep your chin up I know how hard it is to see a gain no matter what the cause!

Week 5 - was up 1.8 lbs and I just don't get it... I am cycling 60 kilometers a week and following the plan and not eating my activity points.

I will keep at it though!

Bandit, isn't this something? We can both lose those 12# by Labor Day.
I try hard, plans change and my 1200 calorie limit is very hard to stick to.
Doing the best I can. Still 192#.

Forget what week we are on but here is my update for my weigh in on 7/28/12:

I was down 6.0 lbs (guess being in pain etc does have a minor benefit)
So I hit my 10% weight loss goal and I also hit Onederland!

My current weight is 198.0 and my total weight loss according to WW is 22.4 lbs.

Things are still bad with my back/neck, I go to the see the doctor again tomorrow afternoon but am still trying to eat healthy and take small strolls where I can.

Ran to weigh in this morning before heading to the hospital to see my husband. I was down another 2.2 that brings my weight to 195.8

Thanks Judy - I keep telling myself that that this too shale pass and it will we are just hoping for the best possible outcome while trying to manage the life that is going on around us at the same time, job, family, etc.

I needed to dig back into my old posts to get my goals for this challange to see where I was at and even though things have changed my overall goal of weight loss and good health have not so I will keep at it as best as I can.

By September 22nd I want to be at 180 or less so this is what I am going to do to get there and if ANYONE sees where I have missed something or has additional suggestions plesae chime in and let me know, this means a lot to me!
•Gym - Three times a week for 1 hour classes - does not matter which class but it will be 3 a week!

•Walk for 2 miles - a minimun of 3 x's per week - I will walk the dogs and if it is raining then I will go to the gym or hop on the treadmill

•Stay within my points and stop making excuses when I overeat - it is not an option anymore!

•Drink my water - this has never been a problem for me but is important!

•Sleep - strive to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night - this has been a problem and I need to improve, if I am tried I don't lose!

•Eat my weekly extra points but not my exercise points.

•Go to W/I an stay for the meetings!

Good morning everyone! I went to W/I yesterday but did not stay for the meeting, have to too much going on right now but I was down 1.6 lbs so for my WW weight I hit my 25 lbs lost mark - over all I had already hit that goal but it was nice to see get the medal and see that again.
