Default Tattoo placement?

So when I hit my goal, I want to get a tattoo to symbolize it. The last quote in my signature (Without Struggle, There Is No Progress) is the quote I want to symbolize my journey. I'm torn about where I want it though. I mean it's gonna be a representation of 100lbs off my body! I want it either on my rib or pelvis. A place where I can cover it up or show it when I want to. Where should I get it? Other placement ideas are always welcome <3

Thank you so much c: I want about 4 tattoos total

I would def say on the rib towards side and high up, that's my opinion. That's awesome about your weight loss! Congratulations!!!!!!
Make sure to post a pic of the new ink! Would love to see.
Any idea what the other 3 would be ? I see you mentioned you wanted 4 total.

Thanks :3 I'm not getting them until my 18th birthday in Nov, and I have about 50lbs to go.

I'm getting a cross on my foot, and strength/endurance in Japanese kanji on my hips c:

I have a little one on my upper back/neck. I really like the placement.

My husband is ridiculously tatted up. Full sleeve, one leg from the knee down, partial thigh, and a huge one from his middle front to his middle back - armpit to waist.

He wants me to get one that wraps around the same way. I don't think I could sit still that long!

I really like the rib placement, though. Like this-

I'll probably get something there, next.

If I will get one I would want a butterfly tattoo and have it placed on my nape or my back just below the shoulder....Cool and pretty!

Kassie, I really like the idea. I love the quote!

I have 3 tattoos currently, each one represents a significant change in my life. The last one I just got in February was a quarter-sized mute symbol behind my right ear to symbolize my brain surgery, and subsequent hearing loss on my right side.

I think when I reach my goal, I want a caterpillar. a Chubby, rolly-poly caterpillar. I'm thinking I may get it on my left hip/side. Toying with the idea of adding the word "potential".

All of my tattoos have been slightly hidden, or easy to hide if I choose to. I was incredibly nervous about how much my mute symbol would hurt. (my other tattoos are on my inner left ankle and right shoulder blade) My mute symbol was oddly ticklish and not at all painful.

left ankle:

behind right ear (you can see my BAHA (bone-anchored hearing aid) right above it)

if you are ever planning on having kids I'd suggest you stay away from the torso or even the hip.
