Default Waaaa I need help!!!!

I am soooo confused

Okay I'm here because I need you fabulous people's help!!

I've been invited to this resto-bar tonight to watch the hockey game (go Kings!) and I'm having a major dilemma on what to order.

I have been craving pizza, and I have been craving a burger.
Now I know the pizza will make me retain water, meaning I'll probably see the 150's tomorrow, and I'd rather avoid that, so that's crossed out.

The burger isn't so bad, because I usually have my burgers plain (lettuce and onion only)....So I'm looking at probably 600 calories?

I could always opt for the healthiest choice which is a grilled salmon salad, but.....

here's the kicker...

I haven't eaten anything today, it's now 5:00pm, I'm going for my hour long bike ride now, and I've been in meetings left and right today, and just got home. Really REALLY hectic day. And I'm STARVED!! All I ate was a handful of Welch's real fruit juice candy lol (because I thought I was going to faint, lol, and that was about 170 calories)

I am not drinking tonight, nor am I going to eat any appetizers or popcorn.

I usually eat a low carb diet, around 1200 calories, and I'm going to burn 600 calories with my workout now.

I just don't know what to do about my calories, I'm extremely confused for some awkward reason. lol

Hi! I think you should have whatever you want in your calorie range. And drink a lot of water to avoid water gain.

What do you want most? Pick that! I love days when it is too busy to eat and I get to have a big dinner.

(Pizza is my favorite!!!)

Eat something high fat/protein, you'll be fine!!

You're probably extra hungry from all the sugar in that darn candy!!!

I think the Salmon would be an amazing choice. You don't need all the white flour in the other two options (unless you're willing to forego the bun on the burger).

crazygurl pizza is my favorite too.... but I'm gonna be smart about this and think long run... I just know I'll probably kick the scale after pizza tomorrow lol

Valrock thanks hun! I know that stupid candy. I had just finished telling my fiance that I hadn't had candy in so long and I saw a bowl and just grabbed a handful and shoved it down my throat without thinking and he just gave me this look o_O and I'm like uh ohhhh hahaha so I googled the calories and was surprised it wasn't more... but I don't think I need the extra guilt.

I'll probably go with the salmon salad, or the bunless burger (or topless at least) and binge on salad instead of fries.

I vote for eating whatever you want within your calorie range. So, even if that means pizza, so what? You realize that any gain tomorrow won't really be fat, so if you weigh tomorrow, don't freak out if the scale is up.

I also vote for just eat whatever you want. You'll still be under calories so don't worry if the scale's up tomorrow, it might go up tomorrow anyway if whatever you choose has salt in it so you might as well enjoy drink lots of water today and tomorrow and you'll be fine, have a great night!

If pizza is your favorite and you can fit it within your calories (and you definitely can!), I say you should go for it. It might suck a LITTLE to see 150.something on the scale tomorrow but you'll still know it's not real weight. Enjoy your night out, you deserve it!

Hey guys thanks so much for the help,

I had a piece of quesadilla from my fiance's plate and stuck to the salmon salad, so I got a taste of both, I only saw a 0.2 increase this morning but I'm guessing that's because I drank nowhere near enough water yesterday I'll be fine!! Thanks so much for the words of wisdom!! hehe
