Hi All,

Will vodka ruin my Ideal Protein phase I progress? What are the effects of having 1 or 2 and still sticking to the diet?

You can account for two drinks in your count, but the problem with alcohol isnt so much the calories, it's the residual effects.

You may have lowered inhibitions which could cause you to break your diet. Also, alcohol promotes fat storage.

Depending on your size and tolerance it could do a little or a lot.

Well, you posted this under the General Diet plans so you may want to give some more info or go to your specific diet group and re-post the question. I believe you answer will probably vary pretty widely for all different plans! Good luck!
