I am starting back to WATP downstairs where it's cooler in the summer. I had tonsillitis last week and got seriously sidetracked. I was up to 5 miles a day. Now i will start back at 1-2 and see how it feels.

Forgot to check in last week...didn't get a WATP in today but I did get a 35 mn walk around the neighborhood.

Tomorrow is a new day for new beginnings!

Hello everyone!! I'm back from mhy honeymoon and updated my thread over in Weight Loss Support. I posted a pic of me and my new hubby, too. I'll post it here so you all can see, too.

I plan to get back to walking either tomorrow or Monday. I need to get back to feeling great; no formal exercise and too much off-plan foods have me feeling a bit yucky!

Today I did the 3 mile (WATP) Walk Away the Waist, 30 minute walk outdoors and had so much energy decided to mow the backyard! Got quite the workout in today and I am feeling it!

No exercise today for me...day of rest! Tomorrow is WI and since I will be up early will get my walk around the neighborhood early and out of the way!

Well, I really wanted to dive right back in with at least 4 miles this morning, but since I hadn't done any formal exercise for 10 days, I eased into it with the 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends, 2# weights.:carrot:

Hi everybody, even if I've been away from the thread, I've been walking, at least 3 miles every other day (I have started weight training too). I even went for my first running attempt yesterday :P

Umimar, we went over to Eureka Springs, AR and spent Mon-Thurs in a cabin in the woods. Did lots of sightseeing and eating!! It is such a beautiful place and very special to me. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Happy Tuesday!! Still working at getting back into my routine. Stayed up to finish watching the NBA game last night. Hard time getting up this morning, but did squeeze in a 1 Mile Walk. It is a DVD that was sent free when I ordered something from Leslie's site a while back. Not a very good production but a good, fast one mile. TOM started overnight, that probably didn't help.:o

Finally got in a 3 mile walk this morning! (Weight Loss Walk w/ 2# weights.)

Was happy to see 155.5 on the scale after seeing 157 when we returned from our trip!!

Been staying up late watching basketball. Skipped yesterday, but got in 2, 12 min. miles this morning.:carrot:

Back down to 154.5 this morning. Shooting for being as close to 150 as possible by mid July when I go on vacay with my sons.

Hello everyone!! It's starting out to be one of "those" Mondays, but I'm sure it will get better. Woke up with a bad headache for some reason, so took some Tylenol and slept in until the absolute last minute with no exercise today. I am worried about getting out of my habit of just getting up and doing it, no excuses. It def is easier when school is in session for my son. I have to get up to be sure he gets up and exercise while he is showering.

I REALLY want to get in a minimum of 4 miles tomorrow morning!!

I worked in the yard on Saturday and got in some good physical work. Did no other real exercise.

How is everyone else doing?

i've been out of town for 2 weeks. only gained 1 pound while i was gone, which i'm really happy about, since i basically ate what i wanted, and didn't get in much exercise, even tho i had a lot of activity, stairs, walking and such.

5 am has become crazy at my house and i will have to rework some things (like sleep) if i want to get it in in the mornings. i would need to get up at 4:30 and i just don't think i can do that with all my menopausal lack of sleep.

sooooooo anyway, I walked 40 minutes at the mall during my lunchhour today. Man it feels good to walk!!!!

Annie - congrats on the scale girl. I also have that 1 mile dvd that you were talking about and i like it too.

Good morning, ladies! Keep forgetting to post my exercise! I have done some but not as much as I would like...guess some is better than none!

Annie...glad you got rid of your headache! And WTG!

Carole...WTG! I babysit my granddaughter(s) M-F and the hours have changed so I am up early, ugh! Glad it is just for another month and then back to a little bit later hours.

Cathy...I like to attribute my insomnia to menopause, ugh! I hear ya about the sleep. Although, the last few nights I have actually sleep a good 6-7 hours! Good job on the walk. I used to mall walk every day until we moved...now I am too far from the mall to drive every day.

Yesterday I did get in a 30 mn walk outdoors and mowed the back yard for 30 mns. I wanted to get in at least a 1 mile WATP but that pooped me out. Will do dvds today though since the weather isn't so great.

i've been having to spend extra time doing some things for my mom this week. it is always something gang.....

So didn't get any exercise done unless of course you count playing at Chuck E Cheese, cleaning house, vacuuming which I don't.

Today...1 mile walk with booster, short walk outdoors with dog, and 2 mile Slim and Thin...feeling good!

CATHY...love the 4 mile DVD, definitely going to get that one! Thanks for the heads up!

Hi! New to this thread, but just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone! I have been using the LS 5-Mile Fat Burning Walk video every other day for the past month now. The other days I am doing to BL Cardio Max workout, so my walks are part of my "easy" days. LOL.

It has been extra hot out today and with no AC in this house my workouts have been pushed to later on in the day. :/

Yesterday did the 2 mile Scultp & Burn (WATP) and a walk outdoors (30 mns)

Today...5k With a Twist (WATP), 1 mile Biggest Loser Power Walk and going for a walk later this evening when it cools down.

Yesterday did the 3 mile walk away the waist. Was going to do more but thought I needed some sort of break.

Today...1 mile Biggest Loser Power walk, 1 mile WATP with booster, and 2 mile shape and firm and going to go for a jog/run, short one later when it gets cool...too hot right now!

Did the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles this morning!! For some reason my legs felt so heavy in that first mile, but it got better. Probably because I was slacking off there for a while. Got through it and sweated a TON!! It has been in the 100s here.:devil:

No exercise today, just had a lot to do for my upcoming trip. Going out of town tomorrow until Monday sometime but going to try and do a dvd before I go and walk around a few minutes everytime I have to stop. Wish it would have cooled down some, too hot for a trip!

I've been staying up way too late and skipped exercise yesterday. Did manage to do 2 miles from the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning, though.

Vacation coming up for us on July 8-14. Hoping to get in as much exercise as I can before then.
