Today I am grateful for
+ my garden which is starting to produce veggies as well as flowers
+ William who has given me lots of flowers to plant in the Village
+ my sister whom I don't see often enough
+ finally finding fish I enjoy
+ puppies - although I am stiffening my resistance muscle.

I am grateful for the hard things I have gone through that taught me just how strong and determined I am. I am grateful for the people in my life. I am really grateful this bad haircut is not shorter and more chopped up than it could be:-)

It's cold and raining hard this morning and I am most grateful for my cozy warm house and hot coffee.

- a healthy food day Saturday - so grateful for that
- DH replanted the garden bed that we totally took out to work on the overgrown weeds. It looks nice!
- neighbors and little children came over for a campfire & smores. We told campfire stories - I told some not scary ghost stories. Then they made up their own. Fun stuff!
- I planned to eat one s'more and that is what I ate. Grateful for that and the willingness to send the ingredients home with one family
- loving the new garden paths
- family, friends, YOU ALL, fb, internet, cell, music
- used cherry wood in the campfire... I smell like a sweet smoked ham. LOL Love the smell of a campfire.

+ once again glad of a rainy day when I can just chill a bit
+ breakfast at the Diner with Jane and Hal - we seldom get one on one time
+ four loads of laundry washed dried, folded and put away
+ survived the trauma of buying a bathing suit yesterday
+ got the financial report done for my quilters' meeting in record time which will ease Monday's morning stress
+ bought a dessert for tonight's Girls' Dinner without having to make one this afternoon
+ a rainy afternoon is great for a quick nap

- finally, a really all around healthy day- I am grateful
- Mike said Alex 'read' him a book last night. He said that even though most of it was from memory.... it was so joyful.
- glad Mimi gave permission to cut down the one tree that totally shaded our veggie garden. It was all broken and misshapen from a snow storm a few years ago and kept saying she wanted to take it down. She was grateful, actually.
- friends, family, YOU ALL, fb, internet, cell, music
- my online friends from around the world
- tomatos and peppers planted
