Long week-end...yaaaayy!! ;-) What are you eating today?
It's my 3rd WI this morning...can't wait ;-)

Phase one

Breakfast
Healthsmart Aloha Mango Smoothie
I didn't drink coffee all week, I might treat myself to a cappuccino with skim milk :-)

Lunch
Salad + cucumbers + IP herbs omelet (I'll probably add 2 egg whites + veggies)

Dinner
Salmon + asparagus + salad

Exercice
Lots of walking today

Breakfast:
Wildberry smoothie + vanilla pudding made into a shake (split with hubby)

Lunch:
Grilled Romaine with veggies.

Snack: Soy Puffs

Dinner:
We're going to a shrimp boil, so I'll be having shrimp, a salad, and veggies.

Snack: Will bring a shake with me.

BF: Banana pudding, WF choc syrup and a coffee.

Lunch: (At the zoo) So I brought banana pudding cakes. Made them in the morning.

Dinner: Pork stir fry, soya sauce, garlic, spinach, mushrooms, beansprouts.

Snack: coconut chocolate bar
Spinach chips.

Breakfast@7am:<--garage sale today!
IP Chocolate RTD
2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
(Ran out of spinach, not as delicious at all!)

Lunch@12pm:
IP Crispy Cereal (zucchini pancakes)
2 Egg White
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Shredded Zucchini
WF Apple Butter

Snack@4pm:
IP Peanut Soypuffs

Dinner@8pm:
Turkey Tenderloin
Something with my Celeriac (new veggie night!)

Breakfast - Why not start the morning with a chocolate shake :)
and of course coffee
10 - HB egg
Lunch - lovely salad with spinich.. and chocolate shake :)
Supper - working on a shrimp/scallop with lots of garlic stirfry over roasted cauliflower

snack - will most definately be a bar of the chocolate variety

I just had the Big Mac in a Bowl (on a plate, LOL) and loved it! I bought some WF thousand island dressing and couldn't believe how good it tasted, this is definitely going to be something I have more than once a week, yum!!
