Hi - anyone out there doing Body for Life. My husband and I are starting it this morning and I would love any input, ideas or thoughts about the program. The best part so far is that my husband is really excited about it and so I know he will do it with me. So what do you guys know?

I am doing BFL! I entered the challenge on January 21st, and I LOVE IT! I love my cardio, I love my weight workouts, I love my supplements, I LOVE IT!

Anyway, it may be hard for the first week or so, but it gets easier, and then you sincerley enjoy it. Not many people on this board do the challenge, so I always visit a site
It is a message board full of people doing the challenge, and they also have a "transformation gallery" full of before and after pictures from the people who are members of the board. The board moves very fast!!! But it is a great place to meet other challengers. Check out "Little Chyna's" profile. You can do that by clicking the "profiles" tab and then click her name. She is AWESOME! She is at 9-10 % bodyfat, which is too low for my taste, but she is planning on competeing now.

Islandmama - thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm excited. Right now I am still trying to figure out food and all of that stuff. It's not all that clear as to what you can and can not eat. No banana's on the list, but a recipe with banana's in it, etc. But I think I am getting the hang of it.

I have a lot to loose and so does my husband - but I feel good about this!

I hope I am getting a good enough work out, trying - but no gym to go to.
