Thought it would be fun to see what people's mini goals are...that is the way I stay motivated best...the final goal is too far away to think about, but the small ones help! Mine are:

249lbs....closer to 200 then 300 ;)
220(ish) into the size 15 Wranglers in my closet!
199lbs....Onederland!!! (can't remember the last time i've been there)

I'm hoping to hit 160 one of these days. I started at 202, was 193 at first WI...I am tired and headachey, but not cheating. Trying to stay positive.

mini goal - to be down a full 20 lbs by May 31st.

I started 4.9.12 - currently down almost 13lbs

I go for my 5th WI this Sat ..... hope fully I will be down 2-3lbs and closer to my mini goal.

My goals are in my signature, so they smack me in the face everyday. I'm so close to my first one, I can taste it. And I also want to be closer to 200 than 300, so I can't wait for 249.

I would like to be in the 160's by the end of July for our family vacation. To not have to worry if my butt is too big for the rides! :D

Mini Goal 1: lose 20 pounds- 149 ( I haven't been here in years!)
Mini Goal 2: be able to wear size 4/5 clothes ( I have a lot of old clothes I kept thinking I would be able to get back into them)
Mini Goal 3: Lose 39 pounds by August to celerate my 27th birthday... NEW ME!

While I would have told you that I don't have mini goals if you had asked me a week ago. I am finding that I do have mini goals that I just haven't admitted to myself.

Right now my mini goal is to have the size 14 pants I have just started to fit into not give me a slight "muffin top". At risk of next goal is that I want to be able to look down and see pubic hair rather than belly. My next mini goal is to get to the halfway mark. (I am thinking that when I get to the halfway mark I will be into my size 12's that are sitting in my closet saying "I am here and ready for you.")

My first mini goal is to get below 220 (have not been there in 20 years or so). Next one is to be in onderland. After that I'll see what happens and how I feel, might even change my goal weight...

1st goal to loose 40 lbs to get where i was before this gain, Then 20 more and hopefully 10 more after that. If i can achieve this I will be smaller than I have ever been as an adult and on the high end of the weight chart

My next mini-goal is onderland. I am so close but sometimes the scale fairies play tricks on you! When I hit 199, I will also be halfway to goal!

To see a 1 in front of my weight, I haven't seen that in 10 yrs.

Right now my short term goal is to be at my target weight by June 15th and to find a new dress for a wedding on the 16th. I am on track to meet goal will be to not gain the weight back while at the cottage.

I started IP 2/28/2012 at 214lb.
My mini-goals...which I never really wrote down, but I think I kept mental track of...

#1: Onederland - hit that in 2 weeks
#2: Lose 20lb - hit that in 3 weeks
#3: Get to ~185 (this has been a 'normal weight range' for me since high school through my early 30's) - hit that in 6 weeks
#4: Lose 40lb - hit that in 10 weeks
#5: Get to ~165 (I have only been that "small" at my wedding - and it's still on the large size) - Working On It!!!
#6: Get to ~152 - Out of 'Overweight' and into the 'Normal' BMI range
#7: Final Goal - I have my goal weight at 145lb - but that is just a guesstimate as to what it would take to get into the ~20% Body Fat Fitness Range.

When I first started on this journey it seemed like these goals were so unreachable, but now I know I can do anything that I set my mind to do. Can't wait to meet the new me.

My 1st mini goal is 50 pounds. (5 pounds away)
My 2nd mini goal if 199. (34 pounds away)
My all time goal is 175 tight and toned. (59 pounds away)

Mini goal of being down 20 lbs by June 10, I am in week 2 and had a 7 lb loss the first week, so only 13 lbs to go. After that I will set next mini goal. Hoping that makes it easier to get to the final goal.

These goals are all soo inspiring.
I started at 180.6
#1 - 165
#2 - 150
#3 - be able to go through my closet and wear most of my clothes again - COMFORTABLY!
#4 - 145
#5 - 140
#6 - I would like to be 125 again :dancer:

I have not thought much about goals but I am going to now:

#1 lose 25 pounds by July 1st (2 pounds away-going to see friends haven't seen since I started) lol I will hit #1&2 at the same time.

#2 make it to wonder land (7 pounds away) haven't been their in at least 6 years.

#3 get into pants that are not in the 20's

#4 lose 50 pounds

I want to hit 75# lost by the 24th and 83.3# lost by 31st that will get me 1/3 of the way to goal in 9 weeks!

First mini-goal would be 128, which is ten pounds down from when I started IP.

Then 120

Then 110

And finally 105 :) :carrot:

Grrr, I still can't have a signature. So maybe that's goal #1. ;)

Next stop for me is One-derland. I think it's been about 2-3 years since I was in the upper 190s. I'm already under the lowest I had tracked last year in my account, so that's something.

When I get to 165, that'll be the first time since I think 8 years ago back the year I got married. Hoping to hit that by my birthday. And I want to start back up with p90x the Sunday or Monday after my birthday (if I'm down in the 160s by then, otherwise I might wait).

Official goal is 140, but I'd love to see 135 again. I was a solid size 8 at 135. But OTOH, p90x might make 145 be size 8 for me and that'd be all right with me!

Then after that to successfully stay there for life!

My first goal was to get out of the 180s.

Then... 170s (which meant pre-pg weight)
Now....get out of the 160s
150s (pre wedding weight)
145 (goal)

My first goal is to actually commit to a weight loss program/have this be my "last diet"
Second goal is to reach 150lbs by July 24th (started today, May 18th)
Third goal is to go shopping in my closet - all of my favourites are clothes that I wore around the time of my wedding two years ago (at about 138lbs).
Ultimate goal is to be 130lbs and in the maintenance phase for my birthday and trip to south this November!

My mini goals:

1. Hadn't thought of this originally, but to lose 35# - this is a quarter of the way there!! - DONE!!

2. To get into the next size down on scrub pants/shirt - almost there - was able to wear the 2x (instead of the 3x) pants one day earlier this week, but they are still a tad snug - think I'll be there by June for sure.

3. To get below 260 - then I will have "only 100# more to lose!"

I'm sure more will come...

Just hit this weeks goal of 75# lost that beats my 9 year old sons weight of 72#. I called him yesterday and he said "I'm so proud of you Daddy." That was a priceless and very motivational sentence. I could feel the love. Awesome feeling.

Next goal is 83.3 pounds or 1/3 or the way to goal.

Then 100# lost, that will be pretty emotional, it's such a big number.

Then 125# lost which is half way and I'm buying a new bed at that point. I told my wife I wanted to buy a new bed 3 or 4 months ago. She said lets get on when you've lost some weight. So once that scale reads 345# it's time for a King Size Bed Baby! Our bed already feels more comfortable now but it's time for a new one ours is pretty old.

345 is a weight I haven't seen in about ten years. That will feel good too.

The next huge one for me will be breaking into the 200's.

current mini goal is one derland by June 8th! I am currently 207 now so will have to really work it :carrot:

had a NSV today when I tried on my girlfriend's size 14 pants and aside from some puffiness in the belly area it fits but will fit better in a few weeks :carrot:

Goal after that is to lose 15 lbs by end of June. --> making this attainable so I can have the pleasure of exceeding a goal :D

My first goal was to get back under 160. According to my scale this am, I did that! :carrot: The next actual goal I set was 130lbs by 7/25. That's only 9 weeks away, so it is a lofty goal, but I will strive for it by staying 100% OP and not cheating! I will also keep up my daily walks and might start some Yoga back up.

Not goals, but I have set up small rewards at 155, 150, 145, 140 and 135 just to keep me motivate. Man... My toes need a pedi so very badly, but it is my 155 goal, so I will not get it until my scale says 155! Its very motivating!
