Breakfast:
1 c Black Coffee
IP Chicken a la King
2 c Spinach
1 tsp OO/ Sea Salt

Lunch:
IP Banana Pudding + Cinnamon
Tisane Tea

Dinner:
5 oz cooked Turkey Breast
Lettuce/ 1 c Cucumbers/ Red Onion
2 Tbsp WF Thousand Island Dressing
1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

Snack:
IP BBQ Chips
1 c Low Sodium Dill Pickles
2 Tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin/ Collagen

~~~~lots of water~~~~

Exercise: None today ;)

Breakfast@8am:
IP Crispy Cereal (zucchini pancakes)
2 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Zucchini Shredded
1 tbsp WF Apple Butter
WF Pancake Syrup

*Bodypump@8:30-9:30

Snack@10am
IP Southwest Cheese Curls

Lunch@1pm
IP Vanilla Pudding
Miracle Noodles Rice
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Second Lunch@3pm
*needed to get my veggies in so I made a veggie soup
1 cup Chicken Broth (adds 5 calories from 1g protein)
Roasted Eggplant
Roasted Garlic Cloves

Dinner@7pm
Beef & Chicken Fajitas
Pico de Gallo
*going out to eat Mexican for friends MBA graduation party

2 c cucumbers with salt and lemon juice
IP chocolate drink

Snack:
IP cranberry bar
Tea with stevia
1 c of dill pickles

Tuna salad

Are you getting your 2 tsp olive oil in? Sometimes I drizzle the oil on my cukes, sprinkled with salt.

Chloe, here in Canada they sell President Choice Blue Menu products. These pickles are delicious! Not sure if they are available in the states.
