All - just finishing up week one, phase one. At one point during the week I was down 3 lbs from my start, but somehow 2 have managed to creep back on. Obviously, I'm not doing something right. My daughter is down 8 lbs, so I don't think it's my cooking! I'm 53 and menopausal, so I don't think it's hormonal. Does anyone have suggestions on how to help budge the darned scale?

Thanks. It was kind of a depressing way to start Monday AM, gotta say!

I can't offer much advice because I am new (again) to the beach but I can say that everyone is different, it is easier for some to lose weight than it is for others. Are you filling up on veggies and water? That helps too. *hugs*

Okay - they psyllium kicked in (TMI - sorry ;) ) - and I moved my scale to the steady surface I first weighed in on. So - I actually lost 3 lbs week one. Whew. On to week 2!!!
