Default so tired!!

Help- I am absolutely exhausted today and all I want is comfort food (or a giant starbucks frappuccino!). Already had my IP cappuccino, but it did nothing. Any suggestions on what to eat to re-energize? Veggies aren't my #1 thought right now

Try drinking a big ol' cup of ice cold water, lick your salt to get some blood pressure up and start truckin' through your day, you can do it!

My coach allows me 1 cup of coffee a day, try adding a cup to your capp next time, but for now, eat your veggies, sorry for sounding like your mom, but they are important and full of fiber and drink your water. Stay strong!

I had a tough few days. I was not drinking enough water and was not getting in all my veggies. Yesterday I went shopping for veggies and had a great dinner with veggies, this morning I had a great IP omelet with peppers, mushrooms and just a few banana peppers for a little heat. It held me over much better. A cucumber and a half with my IP tomato soup and I am very satisfied and alert. Hope today goes better for ya!

I have felt really tired and limp, and it improved after I started back on the magnesium and made sure I had enough sea salt.

Other times, but rarely, I have knocked myself into starvation mode and I feel very weak and tired, sleepy tired not limp tired.

For me, both of these situations were body feelings that were not the typical tired that a caffeine drink would fix.

Make sure you are taking both your magnesium and potassium. I take extra vitamin b amd d too. I think it helps.

My coach allows me to have coffee. Although, I am finding I need it less and less. Right now I have two cups a day and use the vanilla shake as my "creamer". (He suggested this) and it makes ALL the difference in my day chasing 3 little boys around.
