The merry month of May is the perfect month for dancing, walking, and all other forms of exercising. Join us! Set a goal, track it through the month, and see real results from increased movement in May.
We'll make a list of all of our goals -- as we meet them, they get turned RED in celebration. We welcome everyone, beginners and all!
May is a busy school month with several evening commitments for music performances too. My goal will be to exercise at least 12 days.
... almost laughably modest compared to the rest of you, but I was not able to do it in April, so it will be a happy success if I manage to do it in May.
May is the month when I get distracted by weekend outings to flea markets and craft fairs, so I'm going to set a goal of 1600 minutes to keep myself on track.
I have an embryo transfer scheduled for May 21, after which I'll be out of commission as far as exercise goes... so my goal for the month will be to get in 16 days of exercise before then. I think I'm going to run a 5K on May 19, so training for that will hopefully keep me on track!
Tabbycat - not laughable at all! Working toward ANY exercise goal is equally worthwhile, IMO.
I'm in again I'm going to really try and step things up this month....last month I finished at a bit over 33 hours. For May I'd like to do 40 hours. It'll roughly come down to an extra hour of exercise a week which is think is doable. We can do this!
